Not a good bank I'm thinking they got something against native Americans treated me like I was a piece of garbage so unprofessional told me they didn't have to honor a check that was thru fifth third DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! customer service no better!!!

Not really good with Bank mortgage payment. What I know is I lost more than 15000 dollars.I told them I paid this much on these days and they can’t find it? Really? Example, mortgage 1000 a month but I paid 9000 for 3 or 4 times a year on top of monthly payment. My mortgage balance still the same till I decide to payoff. 9000 three times is 27000 + 12000= 39000.

No bathroom for business/personal customers....... Deplorable, I am a customer and Have a Business account with fifth 3rd topping well over 6 figures.....WOULD NOT LET ME USE THE BATHROOM!!!!!!! YOUR KIDDING me right?

Bank employees here needs to be replaced. Worst customer service specially "Valleria" (not sure about the name, but she's A bit FAT old lady) whatever work she do she pretends like she's doing favor on customers.

Was charged 5 over draft fees even tho my account was positive. When I contact the company they said sometime the app or online banking does not update properly! That they had the right to charge me this because sometimes businesses will hold the money then it won’t post for a couple days .. very rude customer service. Did not take accountability for any of their faults or the app or online not being correct . Would not recommend… unless you want to spend crazy amounts in in over draft fees !!Reached out as they said !They do not care ! Don’t waste your time !

Went in to cash a check with my wife's ID the teller told me to send her in and it would be a 4 dollar fee. She came back out with the check and the same lady was rude to her and said she couldn't cash the check. Left this location feeling a fifth third worse. I'll be sure to drive an extra hour to never go here again.

I really like the new ATM, especially being able to finally get bills other than just 20's. Now if only the corporate office would do something about the Fifth Third web site so it doesn't keep crashing on me every time I'm trying to check my account activity.

Every time you turn around your cards are frozen over the smallest of purchases they send a notification you can say yes this was me and still gets flagged every five days my credit card gets shut down for 2 days shows 0 available balance and they have no answer as to why worst bank I have yet to deal with don’t recommend for people who want to be able to spend there own money as you will constantly get flagged for purchase and be on the phone with support half the week

I have had my mortgage with 5/3 Bank for over 10 years. I have felt nothing but harassed and bullied the whole time. My mortgage due date is the 1st of every month with a grace period till the 15th of the month before late fees. Every month almost every day (1st thru the 15th) I recieve anywhere from 1-5 call per day to collect my payment. I have nicely asked, politely requested and sternly demanded that they stop calling me and harassing and bullying me about my mortgage. I pay my mortgage before the cut off date. Most of the time I pay more than required. But they(5/3 Bank) still continues to call and harass me. Even when I ask to speak with a boss/ manager and they assure me I will not be called anymore, I recieve more calls. So after speaking with Rodrick and Mark today and being reassured that they will once again put a request in my notes to not call anymore. We shall see. When I asked to speak with a big boss I was told that was Jamie Woody but he is too busy to talk to me. Since when is someone too busy to speak with a 10+ year customer??

Its no wonder theres only one in battle creek. Went to deposit funds in a friends account using the drive through. 3 cars in front of me no problem rt. Psych 30minutes later still waiting. Worse yet the parking lot is set up so that once a car is behind you, you cant get out.. Horrible setup. Obviously understaffed.

LAZY people. Called and got in contact with a rep at the location to verify funds of a check. Lady placed me on hold for 3-5 minutes without saying why I was being placed on hold (thought maybe she didn't know how to or needed someone else to do it). Answered the phone with a number to call to verify the check (stated she wasnt at her branch so she didnt have it on hand. Was searching for the number) Called the number, turns out to be an automated system and they wanted to charge $5 to verify the check. Hang up and call back immediately. No answer. Got transferred to a call center after waiting another 5-10 minutes. First lady I talked too had 0 problems asking me the 10 seconds worth of questions and had the check verified and off the phone in less than 1 minute.TL:DR: I was placed on hold for 3-5 minutes while someone searched for a phone number to make me not their problem. LITERALLY put more effort in getting rid of me than helping.

From the moment I entered the bank to open two new business account until the time I left I had excellent customer service. From the teller’s warm greetings to the branch manager’s personalized service. I was very impressed with the branch manager’s investment knowledge that would benefit my businesses. I can trust that I was not just a number or a quota but an actual valued customer. I foresee a long business relationship with fifth third bank of Battle Creek.
