Don't come for a quick and quality job.
As someone who understands how vehicles work, there is no need for a vehicle to take the amount of time to be fixed for the occurring issues. I've been told that it has been in multiple stages of being fixed and then when I check that never happened. They didn't know where my battery was so I had to show them where it was or how to resync the key back to the car after they changed the battery. Most of the conflicts they claim they run into could be solved in 5 minutes with a simple Google. It took them two months to fix a fuse when they said the first week they checked all of them. They then told me I needed a new battery so I purchased one and gave it to them and then they “found” the fuse and the battery wasn't even bad even though I was assured it was. Of course, more problems occurred while it was there, and even got told by the manager it was not like that when it came in, but then said that it's not their job to know how to fix/what caused it.
Honestly how I was/have been treated is unprofessional. I was explaining the confusion I had with the conflicting dates I was told that nothing was matching up only to be met with an attitude and excuses on how it's too hard for them to work on because they can't take the time to try.
Don't expect anything but messing around from Gerber

Unless you want to be without a car for a month and no compensation for it whatsoever, go to Gerber!
My first time going to Gerber was in July of 2023, I got rear ended and needed frame work done. Kia had so many parts on back order and my car sat there for 3-4 weeks before they did anything with it. I was payient with them, it was my first accident so I had no idea what to expect repair wise, understandable. I was able to use someone elses car in the meantime, I was okay.
I brought my car back to them November 1st of this year, because I trusted the staff and was hoping this time would be different being Kia parts were no longer on back order. I hit a deer and needed frame work done again (no BIG mechanical damage besides the headlights and windshield fluid, the rest was frame), and now I’m on week 3, about to be 4, of no car. Mind you, this time, no parts are on back order. They first extended my repairs due to a mischedule with my insurance (I had no say in this scheduling between both of them btw), and now they’re pushing out again because they didn’t check the part they received upon getting it and it came damaged, having to return it and order a new one. A part that has to be painted too.
Gerber has done nothing to compensate me for my 3-4 weeks without a car. As friendly as the staff sound over the phone apologizing for the inconvenience, I don’t trust their apologies as they’ve done nothing to help expedite my repairs, and I will not be returning once I get my car back from them this time around.

Had to wait a long time to get scheduled for repair but; well worth the wait. Best work and customer service in town with great pricing. Highly recommend to anyone in need of repair.

I was strung along by this terrible company as a porter for a year and a half. This locations ratings are some of the lowest over there 750+ locations in the u.s and when you get your vehicle back youll see why. Customers are constantly bringing back vehicles because repairs weren't done right or because the vehicle received other damages while in gerbers possession. They have no security cameras and have had many thefts which they do not cover. If something is stolen or broken they inform the customer to make a new insurance claim and dont even cover the deductible. Less then 35% of their employees have been there for more then a 6 months due to poor management. They dont care about the quality coming back to the customer. From what i experienced it was a bunch of failed promises that i fell for, for way too long...I quit and started work at a different collision shop and instantly found out how a real shop operates. Caring management, the employees like to come to work and everything is double checked to ensure quality.Most likely in the long run you will not like your experience with gerber.Services: Exhaust

They never completed their work that our insurance paid them for. We're missing our vinyl chip guard on the bottom of our truck bed. The 4×4 TRD sport decal was in a box and in our truck not on the side outside panel. They lied to us every time they opened their mouth. They scratched the top of our black chrome exhaust tip when they took the bed of truck. Bubbles in the paint. It goes on and on. BEWARE NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO GERBER ON DICKMAN !!!!!!
