I would use again and recommend in a heartbeat. Noon appointment and I arrived a few minutes early for a star on my windshield. Fixed and out the door by 12:11 PM. Wonderful to deal with.

WARRNING! STAY AWAY! Worst place ever!!! They replaced my windshield on my jeep wrangler and they didn't even put the inside seal back in and when I talked to one of the owners who had no clue because he was 4hrs away in taylor mi and he was an rude asshole towards me and when I said I'd go to court if I had to he laughed and hung up on me. They are cheap but you get the unprofessional crap job you pay for leson learned.

The ladies that worked there lied. I told him I was coming and kept telling me the name of the place is glass doctor and their name has changed to five star and even their address had me running all over Columbia and now they’re on Deckman had me running all over for two hours very disrespectful place will never ever deal with them again very rude. ☹️

We needed someone the next day and got it! The guy was there at on time actually earlier than we thought but that was perfect! We have some indoor/outdoor cats who are overly friendly especially the one who love vehicles and my cat was totally all over and he didn't seem to care a bit! I was just hoping they didn't bother him in anyway and he did not seem bothered a but! He was very honest with us and the windshield looks great! The prices was way cheaper than other in our area! We will be using this place again for our truck. Thank you!

Waited on another company for over a month, still not installed. Other company canceled on me twice. I asked for a quote from Glass Doctor online Wednesday night, got quote Thursday morning via text, scheduled, and installed Friday afternoon. Quick service AND saved over $80 compared to other place with a discount. Martin was quick and polite. Great tech. Took less than 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend again.

Was quoted a very reasonable price to replace my windshield.My husband's truck needed a new windshield and they replaced it in less than an hour for 250.00 and also put in a new windshield in my car too.Fast,reliable service.Brand new,no mess super reasonable prices.Now both of us have no cracks in our windshields and look fantastic!
