For 20th street location in Battle Creek. Bought a winch (4/27/24), and when I got home to put together and use it, there was no hardware it said it came with. They let me exchange it (with receipt) without any hassle. Great customer service. I'll definitely shop at this location again.

They don't fully support lifetime warranty and they carry cheap interior products don't waste your time or your money at these store chains, anywhere is better then harbor freight.....

Poor customer service and the people who work there really don't know what they need to know to help you. You will have to know what you need and want when you go there. I've been at this store twice and not been impressed at all.

Public restroom, nice cashier, good stock, but the restroom was FAR FROM THE RESTROOM SIGN in the employee area and I didn't think it was public

Love these places. Tools may not be top shelf , but I've never had a problem with anything I've ever bought from Harbor freight as long as you know the limitations of the product AND DON'T TRY TO PUSH IT PAST THAT. they'll last a good long time , great products for any craftsman on a budget , plus they have anything you're looking for, I recommend harbor freight for anyones tool needs.

Horrible service here at the battlecreek location an very rude people.. I bought a generator an ended up returning it a few days later because we didnt end up needing it, an i didnt put gas or oil or anything in it, just took the tape off the top of box, an they charged me a $160 dollar restocking fee. When it Cleary says on the receipt that the fee would be waved if the item was still in new condition which it was… i wont ever be coming back to this location. An will make sure to tell everyone i know how they like to scam people. Be careful of going here
