2023 software was terrible, we lost out on a full educational credit because support couldn't help our specialist even after 2 weeks find a problem in how the software adjusted our credits. We don't use the loan system so I'm thinking next year we will go somewhere they got it together and pay less. Our specialist was great but the H & R system was terrible.

Very bad right from the beginning.I made an appointment online to come in the office and I also filled out as much info as possible to save her time as ask online. They call me the day off my appointment and want me to take a pic of my id and stuff and send it online. I made an appointment why?? I went in to the office to get my taxes done to be told she couldn't do my out of state one. I had to wait a week later for someone else to do that one. Got a E-mail saying my taxes was done and a link to sign online, I replied asking if I could come in the next day to the office to sign and I got a reply stating that she sent me the link to sign them online. That's not what I wanted to do in the first place. I still had to do everything online and sign and she still messed them up and getting less than what she said I was getting back.Cost me 344.00 for her to mess them up

Waited 70 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before we were even seen by a preparer. When we were called back, she had a very negative attitude, poor customer service skills, and seemed annoyed we didn't know exactly what we needed and in what order. The price was much higher than was posted online and than other people charge.
