“I have been a customer with Premier Jewelers for over 15 years. My husband purchased and created my engagement ring, we bought my wedding band and last year we purchased a second band. I have nothing but great things to say about them!”
“They will take care of you here- the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Watch battery replacement is quick and easy...no appointment needed- just walk in.”
“I was dealing with a rather difficult, and odd situation today. My finger got swollen and my two rings were stuck and I couldn’t get them out. I tried different ways to get them out, but I just couldn’t. My finger was getting worse (starting to turn purple and hurting bad) I didn’t know what to do, so I came to this beautiful place hoping that they could help me. In just a couple of minutes John, who is a specialist in jewelry, took the rings out of my finger, what a relief!!! He was very kind, friendly, and down to earth. This was my first time at this place, and I love it!!If you are looking for a family owned, local business, who specializes in high quality, unique, beautiful jewelry, with an excellent customer service, you have to try this place! It’s amazing! I highly recommend it.”
“IDK if they regard themselves as a pawn shop, but clearly they are, just with a decent jewelry section. They do only buy and sell, no trading............or so multiple people there have told me multiple times. Of course you could sell something to them and use the funds to get something there. But the notion of trading is usually one of two things. Either A, it's accepting that something for one reason or another has super limited cash value (most common reasons I see are they're overstocked or slow business day so not much available to payout for anything) and so a trade is favorable so that the pawn shop isn't always shelling out money, or B, while not true of all pawn shops many offer slightly more if trade is accepted. Ie, you get an offer of $150 for a cool guitar, or a percentage more if credit is accepted because it keeps money from going out and circulates the shops existing inventory.
The place seems to have limited selection of things like video games, movies, music albums and other things that a lot of pawn shops have a good variety of, but I've observed at this place that seems more likely the result that they've been well picked through and are left with enough quantity that they don't need to take in additional inventory of the same category and so what they have just sits because most who shop there know what they have in those categories. Not just those categories, BTW, those are just a few examples. IDK what's keeping this place afloat, what their driving line of business, rather best sellers, are, but clearly they do and can work it well enough to stay profitable enough to remain in business even decades in. So kudos there if for nothing else. Plus the people there are knowledgeable and reasonably chill. So while it may seem like I gave a few complaints, they're really meant as mostly observations as opposed to being critical and ultimately their actually minor because while there may be a number of flaws, you'll quickly gather what to expect from this place. And seriously, if you honestly don't like this place it's likely the result of a personal bad experience there that seems to be few and far between or someone who should really just avoid all pawn shops in general.”
