Used to be my favorite place to shop, now if I do the pick ups they advertise I’m treated as an inconvenience. I think I’m done patronizing Johnny’s. At least this one.

Always a great experience. Either filling my truck or in there for snacks and a pop. Store is cleaner then any gas station I've been in. Like coming in and being told "Hello, welcome to Johnny's". Keep up the great work.

Usually I have a great experience at the shell in urbandale, however a word of advice.. train your employees to be more professional. Caused a seen all because YOU didn't agree with ME as a customer and took your own frustrations out on me because you didn't know how to do your job. Lol get it together!

THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS THEY CLOSE FROM 2 TO 4 AM.
