Bought a vintage diamond ring on 11/12/22 and promised a appraisal would follow and be mailed to me. It's now 2/ 23/23, ,over 3 months of waiting. This is not good customer service. I have called four or more times with him saying he was backlogged with appraisal 's.

I trust King Jewelers! King has been cleaning and maintaining my wedding ring for 20 years. They pointed out that the original gold settings (33 yrs old) could not be repaired any longer with risk of losing my 1 carat diamond. They helped me choose a new setting that is updated yet classic and when I wanted to add some more bling to it, recommended 2 bagette diamonds alongside the diamonds. It’s gorgeous! They gave me a great price on the old gold setting. The King family has been so wonderful to my mother, adjusting her Medical Alert bracelet at no cost. We’ve trusted and enjoyed working with the King family!

Picked up my wedding set after I needed them to be soldered and was extremely impressed! It was also cleaned, my engagement ring hasn’t looked this sparkly in a couple years! We will be definitely using King Jewlers again!

I have a leather choker with an artist silver clasps that needed to be taken in. They were so nice and accommodating compared to some of their “competitors” one even saying it wasn’t worth it over the phone with out even looking. King’s was understanding that it was precious to me, and sized it for me free of charge. They are amazing to veterans and their Community. Thank you so very much.

What awesome customer service. I took my ring in because the stone fell out of it so it could be repaired. The gentleman that repairs the rings was so nice and understanding. I will return when I need jewelry.
