Purchased a 2002 Acura rsx and was told by the OWNER that the title would be here in a week it’s now been 2 weeks and he wouldn’t even respond to my text I got ahold of his mom who helps out around there and she even said he lied to me so take that how you want shady business I’m going to wait another week then I’ll be taking legal action because it doesn’t look like I’m going to get a title at all

As a fellow small business owner I have a lot of experience dealing with other small business owners, like Zakk. It is very easy to see the character of a business owner while in my position, and Zakk has proven to be of good character in business. He has helped me numerous times, including helping me get my stolen trailer back. When you find good morals and character in a business owner you immediately know they will treat you right, especially in the highly competitive auto sales business. They never over sale the vehicles...you are encouraged to check them out..and have your own mechanical inspection..they buy from all over and did not up sell.. they tell you straight as they know what comes in from sales auctions and private sellers or trades..in today's market you bet it buyer beware but my experience was one of understanding and high mileage was more than happy with my buy....and on to a second purchase hopefully..in used cars ...it's a used..not a new car or truck. I Was offered more for what I bought than what I paid for !.Hell they have 2017 GM 6.6 diesel 2500 for 17k you will not find that at the GM tier 1 group..that truck is more like 37k for the same miles issues ect. ...Here..its 20k less. Just saying. You need to know what you want before you buy and they will find it and work for you and with you. I was very happy to not have a sales pressure....

You have a better chance of finding a better more reliable car on offer up. Every car had something wrong under the hood and when confronted about the major problems the guys just kept asking if i wanted to see other cars. So after like 3 cars i realized i wasnt going to find anything reliable and for the prices they were asking hell no! Ended up going to another car shop with better customer service.

Would 100% not recommend this place he sold my brother a 2005 wrx that needs a whole new engine but yet he said it had jus been replaced he put thick oil in it so we couldn’t hear the rod knock don’t buy from him
