It's like they don't wanna fill scripts, last 2 times got the run around. One I was told was deactivated and had to contact my Dr but guess what I called another Meijer pharmacy and no problem. Smh

Jeff the pharmacist at the B Drive location has not only has withheld my asthma medication many times most recently 1/7/24 but has committed Hippa violations as well. My Dr found this reprehensible and sent ANOTHER prescription on 1/8/24 to which he refused to dispense again. My Dr, and the nurse both called multiple times to speak with Jeff and they were left on hold for an extensive amount of time. They were unable to get through and Jeff did not call back when they left messages, claiming there was no note in my file that anyone tried to contact them. He is excessively rude, argued with me through the drive through speaker with many cars in line behind me BREAKING HIPPA by divulging personal details about my prescription, speaking to me in a demeaning way about the use of my medication, and demanding details from my Drs visits for all to hear. I will be reporting him to the State Board of Pharmacy. His demeanor is disgusting and denying me the ability to BREATHE is downright illegal. MY DR SENT IN THE PRESCRIPTION AFTER OUR DISCUSSION AND AFTER TAKING VITALS AND PULSE OX. THe fact that he is allowed to hold this position and thinks he has the right to play god and that he is above Drs and what Drs prescribe is simply inhumane.

If you use goodrx, you will save hundreds of dollars a year or even thousands depending on your meds at rite aid. Ironically, meijer and walmart are the most expensive for meds.

It is very hard to get through this pharmacy. The staff is spotty on who is professional and who is not. You can tell their are inconsistencies and not everyone is on the same page. It's never a good experience. But they give me my medication on time 90% of the time.

Some of the most uncaring people I have ever been unfortunate to have to deal with. Multiple times they have miss billed my medication, even when I had insurance on file. Almost every interaction is just plain rude and uncomfortable. And the other day, my partner came in to get my nausea medication for my morning sickness, which has been awful to say the least, and they said that 15 pills would take them 30 minutes and that there were 60 people ahead of me. My partner was the only one there in line. I have worked in pharmacies, I know exactly how long it takes to REFILL 15 non-control pills and hand it to a pharmacist. They get antibiotics to you faster. Just awful.

This has been my pharmacy for over 20 years. I have had excellent service even during covid. Lines can be long in the evenings and weekends but staff still treat each person as an individual.

The customer service at this pharmacy is pitiful. The pharmacists are often quite short and act annoyed that I need a prescription. And I can't even begin to count the number of times I've gone to pick up a prescription after an ample amount of time and it's not ready. But the pharmacy doesn't communicate when there are issues with a prescription. They simply let you figure it out all while being off a medication that you desperately need. This pharmacy does not do its one job of providing necessary medications and that's a shame. Don't send your prescriptions here.

It’s unacceptable how inexplicably long it takes to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy. You truly could drive to the Meijer on Columbia and back and get your prescription faster than waiting in line at this pharmacy. Do not, do not, do not make this your go-to pharmacy. You will regret it.

Changing pharmacies. So disappointed in Meijer pharmacy. My last 4 prescriptions I refilled, I got notifications that they were "out of stock."Jan 3rd I called to request a refill. 3 days later, the app still said "pending." When I called asking the status on the Albuterol Inhaler for my 4yo, I was told, "we are waiting to hear back from the dr." I have heard thus before. So I called the pediatrician bc I know they document those calls. The nurse says that the pharmacy never called but they would be glad to call in refills for me, which they did. I got notification on Jan 7th that the rx is being processed. Then an hour later I get notification from Meijer that they are out of stock and that they should receive it Jan 11th. Ridiculous.Jan 12th, I called bc still Meijer pharmacy has not called me back, Becca says, "we are still out of stock." I say, "it has been 10 days since I requested this...What am I supposed to do for my asthmatic 4yo, you mean to tell me it is that difficult to get an Albuterol inhaler?!?!?"She then said, "one moment" and I was on hold for literally 10 minutes and gave up.My other prescription which I have been on for years, which I refill on time has been repeatedly out of stock.They are rude, slow, poor customer service, they don't know how to cover the amount of people they cover. We are done

Did you know that if a business scores less than 4.6 on google it’s considered an untrustworthy business? That’s really par for the course with this pharmacy. I called a few weeks ago to have my meds transferred to a different meijer, and two of them are super important for my health so I mentioned them by name. The tech assured me that they transferred fine. Okay great! Except that there was no refills. I’m not the best at keeping track of my own meds, but when a customer calls you and specifically mentions meds, you look at them. You look and you talk to the person who needs them and alert them they don’t have any refills of it. You don’t just tell a person that mentions specific names of meds that everything transferred when they can’t fill them in the first place. Thanks Nick. Not only are you unpleasant to even speak to, you are incompetent on the same level. Try digging ditches, it’s more in your wheelhouse bro.

Call scrups ready get there 10 miles each way, only one ready haven't started any others, there's always something the Dr supposedly forgot to put on the scrip phone tag with all 3 for days to try to get resolved

I have been using this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. Kind of shocked it is reviewed so poorly.
