“I wasn't thrilled with this wireless service because it dropped all the time whenever I left a populated area whatsoever. I did find the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. It's not their fault the service isn't that great. I didn't enjoy the phone support for this company, but once again it's not the staffs fault.”

We were paying for some apps, that were actually offered by T-Mobile, she informed us and set them up. Very Helpful. I will go back and only see her for assistance.”

She got me and my buddy hooked up with Internet quickly, helped me with getting some things accomplished on my account and helped my buddy figure out his military discount process. Took the time to talk to us and actually help us, and on top of that she was helping other customers to make sure they were getting checked in to help them ASAP.
