Worst bank ever they never sent me a debit card. Then they closed my account with money in it.

Why is it Everytime I come here it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru this is ridiculous they need new team members this never happens at the cork st I would appreciate a follow up from a manager asap

I am disappointed in the customer care and lack of availability. I've called multiple times a day for a week and haven't gotten off hold once. Awful customer service.
