I have been to Ollie's in MIchigan, Fort Worth TX and in southern Florida. (?)This seems to be your average Ollie's, but with higher prices.I can go to Meijer for new and not irregular items for much of the same price,This store is a bit away from us and not sure we are going back.-Per Rita

not as clean and organized as some stores. Don't really have a lot of options as some stores. Not set up the same as others, makes it difficult to look for items your looking for.

It's hit or miss. My daughter did find a quilt for a reasonable price. That's a win in my book.

Loved this Ollie's location.Always fun to see what you might find, like a treasure hunt. And it was a nice stop to take a break from driving on a long road trip. Will definitely stop by again.

Ollie's: good stuff cheap! Or at least that's their long running advertising slogan.Ok, actually in all honesty it's a true statement. Thing is it doesn't tell the whole story about Ollie's. While they post signs and make announcements throughout their stores about how any & all "deals" they have are only while supplies last, you simply don't hear that part until you get there.Their a closeout store. All that stuff Walmart or Target or some other major chain of stores couldn't sell and has ton's of excess quantities is up for grabs and a closeout store such as Ollie's buys it all for rock bottom prices and, obviously, makes a few bucks of the dirt cheap clearance price they just paid. Does the customer really get a good deal? Actually, yes. Thing is inventory is never consistent because of how they've always operated. Love that lamp or those tools you seen when you were last there but didn't have the money for at the time? Well hope their still there whenever you go back next time, cause if their gone you'll never have another opportunity. And that's the part of them that sucks.

It's fine for what it is. I really wouldn't recommend buying anything that you or a pet eats off and/or from. Ive bought a coffee maker, pet bowls, and some dishes. They all wind up with toxic plastic smell that is so strong you can taste it. I would let my pets use the bowls I bought bc the had the same smell that no matter how many times I washed, or run water through or what. You just can't get rid of it. If I can taste the stuff in my drinks and food then I refuse to give the dishes to my pets. Eventually I give up the fight and just toss it. Everything else is fine love buying slip covers here.

The last few experiences I've had with this store has made me decide I will not be giving them any further business from myself. I do not find the deals they have to be that rewarding actually and it's never beneficial if you ask for help in there. I'm guessing the employees never took a course in customer care abd relations. There has been maybe two employees that went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I thank them and that is why you have the two stars if they were not ever there I couldn't have done two.

Bought a new Instant Pot for $60.00! Very good deal. Super polite people, everything advertised was in stock!

Lots of things if u aren't looking for anything specific, however the store and the parking lot are unkept and dirty, the parking lot has holes and not well marked parking spots and the customer service and cashiers are very slow and very rude, one line open with a lot of employees just walking around or standing around talking to each other, so u stand in line forever, so many other acceptable places to shop with great employees, I do not recommend here at all.

I get in trouble with this store. So many cool things for low prices. Some prices are comparable to Walmart abd sometimes they are cheaper.

Good place to get cheap / inexpensive stuff - as long as you don't care if it is in stock. Don't go here for mattresses because most likely you will waste your time and have to make multiple trips. Of course they can not order anything but if you ask when a truck/shipment is expected - it is always 2 days to 2 weeks away. Told that multiple times and some each time - no or few mattresses were delivered and when I asked, "Tomorrow", "Next week", something. They are not going to be honest about it because while they don't know (and could give that as an honest answer) they prefer to answer in away to get you to come back in looking - and maybe impulse buy something else.

Ollie's is always a great stop to see what kind of new gadgets and gizmos they have to offer. The store is always pretty well stocked, organized, and clean. The staff is always friendly, and the products are always worth the trip. They have a great selection of books, and I normally find one or two to buy along with a snack or two, as well as some cleaning supplies and hygiene products when I stop in. I always stop in when I drive by.

Watched a former associate get fired for putting customers before corporate special interests. Such a shame that a supposedly 'customer centered' business treats their associates as expendable assets. Makes me wonder how they really feel about us customers and if their little membership card is a real loyalty program or just another sales gimmick like their competitors.
