Not bad customer service. However drove up from Mattawan two days in a row to sell some clothing only for them to take just a few items because they are only taking certain sizes. No where was this posted online or said the number of times I called

How much of your stuff they buy really depends on the worker sorting and their personal standards. Take your stuff back a couple times before donating. When sifting through clothes to buy from them, you'll find some things in rough condition and even missing buttons, won't zip, etc. Look over the clothes you buy from them very well.

When looking up the location saw a couple comments about everything needing to be in a tote (WITH A LID!!) But I stopped by after shopping at Target to just drop off a pair of shoes my daughter bought for my granddaughter and they didn’t fit.
I tried handing the sandals to one of the two girls behind the counter and heard “no we can only accept items in a tote”. I said, I don’t want to sell, just giving them to you. And explained how they didn’t fit. “They have to be in a tote”. One pair? And I’m not asking to sell them. They just stared like they were confused and didn’t respond. I would suggest the owner talk to the employees to use some common sense.
I understand not accepting a garbage bag full of clothes but seriously, this was ridiculous. Obviously people like shopping there but if they keep turning away people wanting to sell, their shelves will be empty.
I dropped them off at Goodwill.

Perfect place for kids second hand clothes I've gotten a ton of clothes from this chain! Especially when they are babies and growing so fast! There is also one located in Lansing and Grand rapids and all are equally great!!

CALL AHEAD BEFORE BRINGING IN YOUR ITEMS TO SELL!!! They randomly shut down their buy counter during the day also wait times are sooooo long (days). I’ve always had issues with this location.
