I bought a ring that they apprised at $5,000. I took the ring in to get it cleaned and apprised ( bought at a Estate Sale) with no apprised paper. My jewelry apprised replacement at $4,700

I got my Dream engagement ring from The ****** ***** Jewelry line from my husband, and they ruined it when they sized it for us! I took this brand new ring to be sized by Pearlman’s Fine Jewelers in Battle Creek,mi. I got my ring in June of 2022, and it is now may of 2023 and they have had possession of my ring more than I have since I have received it. After they sized my ring a small Diamond fell out. My husband took it back and they told him they had to re-prong the entire ring, and it would cost him over $600 more dollars! Which is crazy because they JUST SIZED IT FOR US! He told them he would not pay that much, and they fixed the Diamond for a fee(which should have been fixed free because it was just sized by them). After they fixed it, another small Diamond fell out of the corner of the top. This time I took it in, and I explained to the woman at the counter what happened. She said she explained to my husband it needed repronged, and he wouldn’t pay it. I explained that we brought a brand new ring to them and two Diamond have fallen out! We shouldn’t have to pay for this shotty work! So, they took my ring again, and after weeks, I got it back. The man at the counter checked it before giving it to me, and said it looked good. I asked again, and said I hope third time is a charm. I work a part time job, and it is not hard on my hand at all, but I was so nervous, I quit wearing it to work because the woman and man both made a comment as if maybe it was something I was doing. So, only a week after receiving my ring from being fixed again, a Diamond fell out while I was floating in the lake! I was horrified, and by the time I got home and in the house A SECOND DIAMOND FELL OUT!! I took my DREAM ENGAGEMENT RING to them to be sized and now it has lost 4 of the original diamonds! I am concerned to have them even touch my ring again! I am so down about the situation and so is my husband. They actually ruined my fine jewelry and I regret ever choosing them!

I was dealing with a rather difficult, and odd situation today. My finger got swollen and my two rings were stuck and I couldn’t get them out. I tried different ways to get them out, but I just couldn’t. My finger was getting worse (starting to turn purple and hurting bad) I didn’t know what to do, so I came to this beautiful place hoping that they could help me. In just a couple of minutes John, who is a specialist in jewelry, took the rings out of my finger, what a relief!!! He was very kind, friendly, and down to earth. This was my first time at this place, and I love it!!If you are looking for a family owned, local business, who specializes in high quality, unique, beautiful jewelry, with an excellent customer service, you have to try this place! It’s amazing! I highly recommend it.

Found a ring in Menards parking lot. Not a jewelry kind of person so i didn't know if it was real. I came here to see what it's worth. I think I was talking to the owner. Well after an hour of friendly conversation I found out it was costume jewelry. I don't know anything about the prices or the business but i can tell you they are very friendly, are very educated with jewelry, and if ever i need anything done jewelry wise this is the place I will do business.

I can not say enough about the wonderful people who run this business! Amazingly kind and very helpful. When I received my ring, I was so blown away by the care in the packaging and how it was wrapped. A wonderful gift to me and they wrapped it just like one. So ecstatic with this ring! I have to be honest, I'm super hard to please especially when it comes to jewelery and I could not have picked out and designed my engagement ring without the royal treatment I received from Brenda 'Durant' Pearlman and her team at Pearlman's Jewelers! Eventhough I'm all the way in California, Brenda made me feel like I was right there next to her in the store. My custom made one of a kind ring is absolutely stunning and she even let me name it.. check it out on her website item # 84aa1. Thank you, Brenda you definately know how to make a girl sparkle ?!!

I found Pearlman's online and they had the exact ring at a great price, so I called right away and got one of the owners, Brenda, who was very accommodating because I had called way past their closing time (time differences which I hadn't even though about because I was so excited). She was very helpful and told me that if she had my size in stock in her store (she was at home), she would be able to ship it out the next day. She did and I had it on my finger the day after that! Great service!! I highly recommend Pearlman's.

Very nice people, my ring was beautiful. Only problem is I brought it in to get it resized she said it would be 2-3 weeks. It’s about to go on 4 and I’d really like my ring back lol. Other then that amazing people and very nice, they even cleaned my other ring for me. :)

I went to buy an engagement ring from this place, I figured I didn't want to go to one of the big box stores because I thought they'd inflate their prices and such. Well I went into pearlmans and told them what I was looking for, she (the owner) asked a couple questions and such to get an idea of what my girlfriend looked like and find out what she liked. I told her my girlfriend liked the color blue, that she was more plain Jane and wouldn't like any rings that had too much to it and such, but despite telling her (the owner) all of these details, she was showing me everything BUT what I asked for. I said she likes blue, they showed me yellow and red and green. I said she liked simple, she showed me over the top. I told her my price range, she showed me 14-30k rings (obviously far out of my price range and frankly over priced for what she showed me). And the best one of all, I told her I wanted to surprise my girlfriend (as you would when proposing) and she said I should bring my girlfriend in to show me what rings she liked. She said, and I quote, "just bring her in, you don't have to tell her why you're looking at our rings". Yes... Because she'll never know why I'm bringing her into a jewelry shop showing her ENGAGEMENT rings... The owner was rude, interuptive, and didn't help me at all. All this place cares about is your money. I went to Kay's at the mall near here, they were more than helpful finding me a ring and I am now happily engaged to the most wonderful woman in the world, no thanks to Pearlmans.

Just completed a recent transaction with Bill and Brenda virtually as an out of state customer . It was a fantastic experience - Bill really knows his products and they found me the perfect ring for my wife. She’s ecstatic and I was very pleased with the overall service, communication pricing, and delivery. It’s much better to work with an actual jeweler then to go through a website and risk not knowing exactly what you’re getting. Their customer service was impeccable. Highly highly recommend.
