“We had seen the reviews and were worried about how difficult the process might be, especially since many of them said it was hard and that they were denied. However, our experience was very different. Within a few days of applying for our little boy cat, we had already received an update from them. After the weekend, once they spoke to our landlord, they immediately called us to ask a few additional questions.
Lacy was very informative, and I could tell she truly cares about the animals. We were able to meet Hero the very next day and take him home. The cat room was clean and spacious, and all the cats were sweet and clearly well cared for. They even sent him home with goodies and blankets to make sure he was as comfortable as possible.
I want to thank everyone there for working so hard to ensure the animals go to good homes that match their personalities. The adoption manager had been there for 16+ years and knew each animal and how they would fit in the home. We believe we made the right choice with Hiro! We will be sure to take great care of him”

“I'm so glad they hired new groomers. After the pandemic, they didn't have any. So I brought in my dog, she was beautifully groomed and the wait was minimal. It also helped that the groomer was friendly and professional.”
