“I was trying to find my son a dye free form of a prescription he was prescribed. The woman on the phone was extremely thorough and kind. It is unfortunate that insurance companies have big pharma tied with them to only cover non-compounded liquid medications for our kids!! We ended up going another route, but I would recommend this old school pharmacy to anyone.”

“You might have to wait a couple of minutes but the associates are always very nice and if ever do have a problem with the pump there right there to try to fix it if they can. My choice of fuel each time I'm in the area!”

“I love this store. Mind you, I don't drink but go there because of the variety of items that I can usually only find in Chicago. The gentleman who is always there is respectful, kind and always has time to converse with you. He is also very intelligent and can discuss a multitude of subjects with you. I drive past three stores just to visit his because of the amazing customer service. The store is always clean or being cleaned when I'm there and that's a plus too as I'm usually running from one job to the next and don't have much time! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!”

“I like going to Meijer. They have great specials, especially if you have the app, but the regular prices are a little high. Plus, why is it so hard to buy chicken in small packaging. I'm a single guy, and I don't want 5 pounds of boneless breasts. Also, tonight I wanted sliced jalapeños. I found a 12 oz Meijer jar for $2.19 in the Mexican section, and then in the next aisle, I found a 16 oz Meijer jar in the pickle section for the same price. Are they trying to screw over Hispanics and Hispanic food lovers over?”

“Edit 9/4/2024: I was there earlier and normally I have a good experience there and ik people have off days but I’ve noticed quiet a bit the girl in the deli with the different color hair every other week, (Tara) I believe is her name, she is very loud and very rude to her C.O. workers. There has been many times I’ve been in there that this girl is cussing loudly to where I could hear her as I was walking in the door. Then walking by the deli she continued to talk like that to her co workers knowing customers where there waiting to be helped.

went there to turn in bottles and the machine wasn’t taking a lot of what ik they except. So the young lady at customer service with the purple hair, went above and beyond to make things great for me. I’m disabled and going into bigger stores r impossible so the fact she helped me the way she did I was still able to get the food I needed. I’m so very thankful she was there cuz I was told no one could help me by two other workers. I would be going without food today if it weren’t for that nice young lady”

“Great pharmacy IMO. The head pharmacist and his main staff are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. They always go to extra lengths to help me out with myself and my child's needs. I have never had a bad experience with them and I have been going here for years. I am surprised by the bad reviews.”

“I highly recommend shopping at Sam's Club our associates are really really nice and very helpful we have great team leads and our managers are awesome!!! Everybody there is really helpful if you can't find something we will make sure no matter what we have to do we will find it for you. I shop there plus I work there in the maintenance department so I make sure all the restrooms are clean and sanitized at all times of the day and make sure the floors are swept and kept clean and the garbages are empty at all times I just make sure the whole store is clean inside and on the outside!!!! We also have something new that's called scan and go it's in your Sam's Club app and if it's your first time ever using it you'll get $10 cash back, all you need to do is have an associate scan the barcode we all have on us and it goes into your cart and then once you check out on ur phone you go straight to the door and they scan the barcode that shows up on your phone that barcode is just like a receipt and you're done there's nothing else u need to do very very easy!! Most of the time and associate will approach you and ask you about the scan and go so you don't have to worry about asking about it we will come to you and ask you. So that's why I highly recommend shopping @ Sam's Club here in Battle Creek!!! It's a very clean clean store I've been complimented alot by the members that come to the club, So PLZ stop by and check us out and don't forget to do the scan and go it makes your life so much easier and saves so much time especially since I know everybody has a busy life these days!!!!”

“Still sad since Covid, restaurants can't find help. 1/2 restaurant was empty, still long wait for some parties. ????? Food and our waitress were wonderful.”

“One of the floor walkers follows me throughout the store almost everytime I shop there. His job is supposed to be discreet and not obvious to people but he don't do that very well. I came in yesterday to get a few groceries, got them and paid for them and while I was walking out the door my fiance called and said we needed pull ups so I went back in and from the doors he followed me, once I got to the diaper aisle he was in the shoe aisle and when I turned around to see my options he jumped back into an aisle and started peeking over the shelf like a child watching my every move. Not discreet and made me feel very uncomfortable. Then proceeded to follow me to check out, I went to a lane and he went to self check out and still continued to watch me. Happened between 4:45-5:15pm 1/13/23 between shoe & diaper aisle. Do better and stop making your loyal customers who come in weekly If not almost daily feel uncomfortable.”

“The Battle Creek location is obviously suffering from a lack of reliable employees. But everything seems clean and it appears they are at least TRYING to keep up-allbeit without any semblance of efficiency.

“I always fill my prescriptions with them or Walgreens and I have never had any issues with walmart. I lost my prescription once after I had just filled it and they actually let me pay cash to pick up a new prescription. I have epilepsy and need my medicine. They are pretty quick at refilling the same day. The people working there are friendly. I've never had any complications other than once my insurance wouldn't allow me to pick up my meds a week and half early because I was already there and I live 20 min away and didn't want to drive back out a week later but that's not their fault.
I can't remember if they have a drive thru or not because I've always gone inside.”

“I come to this location often and the staff here is amazing. It doesn't matter who is working they are always so polite and asking if you need any help finding things. Always will come to this location for that reason alone.”

“Got my first COVID vaccine yesterday, Young lady that gave it to my was polite, kind and very prompt at checking me in. I wish they would offer some training to their friends at Walgreens on Columbia.Only one suggestion is for them to clean the counter in front of the Pharmacy, looks extremely grubby with dust and finger prints.”

“I loveeee our CVS in Battle Creek. All the employees are great! I’m a coupon shopper and sometimes I’m nervous in stores because I don’t like the employees to be mean to me but they are always super helpful and never mind explaining things to me or allowing me to do multiple transactions to get my deals ! I wish I remember specific names but I will leave another review if I can including them. But literally everyone is a pleasure and I come multiple times a day to shop ?”

“Today I went inside to pick up my medication. In the past the pharmacy staff have been rude and unpleasant but not today. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Darius. He was so kind and smiled the whole time. His energy made the experience positive.

If I could have this pharmacy experience everytime I went in I wouldn't even consider moving my prescriptions (as I've considered in the past). I watched Darius be kind and funny with with the two customers in front of me. It was just so refreshing. Walgreens definitely needs to keep staff like Darius patient facing.Danielle who was working the drive thru was also very kind.

Just an overall good experience that I felt was worth noting based on how many poor experiences I've had here in the past.
