Been going here for 20 years. They have always been nice, and honest. I stopped in today for a quote on a heater core replacement they said that's a 10 hour job and they only have 1 mechanic. 5 bays full and 1 mechanic? And they won't do the work. Also asked about a vacuum pump replacement. The guy didn't even know cars had a vacuum pump, I asked him if he knows cars. He said "nope". he had to go in back and ask his 1 mechanic. This is NOT a place I can trust to fix my car anymore. Sad that a good and honest local auto shop got bought out by a corporation with no heart and soul.

Came to get brakes done on my car. Left with huge scratch on my wheel. Told me there isn’t anything he can do about it. He knows his “best guy” wouldn’t do that.
