Just would like know if your people still use a brush on the windows and spray down car before going thru the wash. I know they use to. Today they just guided me in and they to the wash. Came put windows were still dirty. Dirt spots on my car. I'm done with this car wash. I can do a lot better job .

They have a really nice monthly program there. I understand why they're expanding, Remington is assertively gaining market share. I am a monthly customer and it's well worth the cost. All the staff is polite and very business-like. Nice operation!Services: Vacuuming

Be sure to have pictures of your vehicle before going through this car wash!We used Remington car wash about a year ago for detailing the inside of my wife’s car and ended up taking it right back to have it re-done because it was so bad.Today, I took my 2020 Ram 1500 with 16,000 miles through the wash and now have a huge gouge in the side of the truck. The Manager basically called me a liar and said it did not happen there. He said ‘we could definitely see something in the video but your truck was too dirty.’ It was not super dirty - I went through a mud puddle and wanted to get it washed. My driver side mirror was flipped all the way around and the large gouge is on the drivers side of the truck. The Manager pretty much said ‘prove it happened here.’ The real sad thing is the truck did not even get clean. I called back and left a message asking to see the video - no response. We canceled our monthly subscriptions and will never give them our business.

Excellent service! Quick and thorough throughout. They offer detaining and manual towel drying as well. Overall I recommend to everyone needing their wheels washed!

I have been going to Remington for 5+ years. They have decent pricing and I never had an issue until now. They damages my car and completely dismissed me reporting the damage. The manager I spoke with was rude and refused to help me or give me contact information for the person above him. I will not be returning!

One of the best car washes in town. Love the service options available. Free towel dry. They also offer interior vacuuming and cleaning on location. Great for those times when I just cannot get to it at home. They have your typical good, better, best, and premium options as well as being able to choose Alacarte to tailor to what you want. They also offer unlimited month passes if you know you will be through multiple times a month. Highly recommended. Best carwash in the Lakeview area of Battle Creek.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Customer service not very friendly. And for the money I spent I feel like they could have done better, they did quick run through with the vacuum, I was told my floor mats would be cleaned and they are still filthy, I also asked before service if my seats would be vacuumed as well they said “yes” and they were not. I would skip this car wash. They were great until they broke a trim part off my Infiniti. In a nutshell, they said the cars 12 years old, and we don't believe it was in good shape even though Mike the manager said the car looked to be in good shape. It can be clearly seen that the retaining screws were in good shape. I don't think it's worth the risk to use them.
