“Nice staff but not always knowledgeable about what they carry. I've been coming here for years and my biggest problem is they run out of coils frequently for the equipment I have and that they sell. Their disposable Vapes tend to run a little higher $ than I find them at other local places, but they have a decent selection. I'll probably have to place an order online since some things they'll be out of for several weeks sporadically.”
“I’m in the city visiting family and “assumed” that the vape shops would have my nic juice. NOPE!!!! Jeff talked me off the ledge by suggesting an alternative vape. Bruh!!!! Jeff is my hero & saved my sanity. Please say hi to Jeff for me ?”
“I go to many different locations in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. They all seem to have laid back employees who seem to enjoy what they do. I am a regular customer and will remain one as long as they keep the standards they have now.”
“Great friendly service and prices. All of the bad reviews are totally false and made up. They are the people the rest of us do not want standing in there complaining and whining and taking up the rest of our time. Must be why I have always been able to walk straight up to the counter and purchase anything and never delayed. That's because they, thankfully decided to go somewhere else to buy their cigarettes”
“Aaron was awesome let me know about the sale in order to save me a lot of money I will come back and buy my limit for Black Friday sale! Aaron needs a raise or a promotion!”

“This is an excellent old-school tobacconist. They had a fairly decent amount of pipe tobacco, which is rare these days, but their humidor was top-notch. I didn't visit the lounge area but from what I could see it seemed like a laid back area where one could enjoy a nice cigar in comfort.
Overall, I would highly recommend checking this shop out and would visit again if I'm in the area.”
