Ken was absolutely amazing. Helped us with Needs he was patient and very, very knowledgeable Every time I go to the UPS store and he is there my experience is wonderful thank you Ken so was SAM he is so charismatic and kind.

My normal place to send all my shipments to friends and family happens at this UPS store. Having to make a snap decision recently by using a different branch caused me concern but after speaking with someone at the Battle Creek store I think I was taken advantage of by having to pay extra for something I never had before. I will continue with The Battle Creek UPS on Beckley Road. Thank you for treating me well!

Seeing the overall rating of this place, I am surprised. Because both times I have just walked in and almost immediately was helped. And once I tell them what I need they handle it in less than 30 seconds, and they're not rude about it either.

I always have pleasant interactions with the employees here, but the store is very small, and parking is very limited. Sometimes it's very hard to find a spot. I'm still very glad they are willing to help.

Staff is useless. Unable to track a package after it is sent. Refuses to take responsibility for anything. Would avoid at all costs. Better to just throw the package in the ocean and save yourself the trouble.
Even with a tracking number no way to track a package. Took 14 phone calls with UPS to get nowhere. Do not waste your time
