Worst ,118$ spent , sent package Friday , wedsday still 50 miles away in sorting facility , 18 $ to get it sent back to me . You failed to ship , then hold my property for ransom to get it back so I can deliver it myself . Needs to go to Florida . Needs to be investigated!!@@

I did not receive a package that tracking says I did. We were home when it was supposedly delivered. It wasn’t. We have so many different mail carriers it’s a joke I think the latest one pilfered it. Good luck trying to reach someone at the Bc post office to get it straightened out. The post office service is reaching new lows

Dylan who works as customer service at the actual Post Office would get 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars if I could give them to him. It's 3 days before Christmas about 30 people in line and I finally get to Dylan and he had an AMAZING attitude and was able to help me get my packages sorted out and on the way!! My wife and I sponsored 3 kids in Washington State for Christmas and bought them tons of gifts and if it wasn't for Dylan these 3 kids would not be getting any Christmas gifts. Originally it was going to be just under $300 to ship all these toys to them. Dylan was able to help me find a solution with some special sized flat rate boxes they had in back and the shipping ended up costing around $80 and everything arrived on Christmas Eve!!!! I read other reviews and I get it, our mail is important to us and has very personal information enclosed inside and it can be very frustrating. But all these workers are just humans like you and I and doing the very best they can. Do you really think they want to misplace your mail so they can stand there listening to you belittle them?? NO!! I'm sure they would have much rather done it perfectly so they didn't have to deal with you cranky A$$.. LOL. Be kind to these people!! Anyhow THANK YOU DYLAN, I HOPE YOU WORE YOUR CAPE BC YOUR A POSTAL SUPER HERO!!!!

Useless. The phone number takes you an AI that will hang up on you. Even with a tracking number it will still be unable to help you. Horrible experience.

My package has been marked “held at post office at customer request”. I absolutely did not request that. The mail carrier comes to my house everyday but can’t be bothered to bring a tiny package? The local branch absolutely will not answer the phone. The National customer service was very kind and helpful but ultimately the local branch is in control here. They seem to have no intention of delivering my package.

Battle Creek USPS is unprofessional and lazy. We have been two to three months without the proper keys for our box and have been to the office multiple times to no avail. They refuse to do their jobs properly and efficiently. UNACCEPTABLE!

I've had informed delivery fur quite a few years now. I've always watched my packages move through the system generally smooth. Ever since we moved here I noticed more often then not, 'Package out for delivery' later that morning gets moved back to 'arrived at facility'.... A friend of mine who worked at the postal service told me delivery drivers pack their own truck. My friend thinks driver just doesn't feel like walking packages up to the door certain days. Funny how it always seems to happen on Fridays and Saturdays the most.
Is my friend right? Just lazy? I went down to the post office twice to intercept....Office clerk told me no, it's out for delivery. Well it wasn't. Does anyone want to work down there? Does anyone go out of their way anymore to deliver ALL the mall?

Has a phone number but can't even talk to anyone when you call and instead of bringing packages to your house they'll say they missed you and make you pick them up

Maintenance is great; Cody one of the managers is great; but the staff at the window, especially one in particular, older blonde that's been there awhile is horrible. My mail person is very bad, had to put in complaints several times; also I'm always getting other people's mail and also never receive my mail. Someone else got some very nice clothing and also my dog license not to mention other important mail. I was told complexes are hard. What is so hard when the building and number is clearly marked? We need a blue box to at least be able to send outgoing mail so it can actually get picked up. Plus they rarely answer the phone so you can never get thru.
