Thought when the pharmacist called to apologize that his apology was for his behavior during my visit and for his staff’s behavior but NOPE … instead he apologized that I had actually been RIGHT and he was WRONG and that I was charged and not refunded for a prescription. Never apologized for the incredibly sad service on this occasion or the consistently poor service I’ve received over the past two years. I thought about writing a letter to the manager but I don’t think anyone even cares anymore. So … it’s more important to me to warn others so you don’t experience this horrible service too. Local businesses wonder why we are all purchasing online … THIS! This is why! I’m switching all of my prescriptions to MAIL ORDER and not even thinking twice about it! Farewell to a local pharmacy that I had supported for a decade!

The drive through pharmacy is closed ALOT, even during times it says it should be open. I had to go inside today because close to 3:00 drive through was closed. There were at minimum four people working in pharmacy. I waited in a long line finally go up to counter to pick up a fed ex delivery from the specialty pharmacy. You don't have to do anything in the system for it you just grab the pkg, sign a paper and u are done. The process should Literally take less than 2min to grab it hv me sign and leave.
Every time I go, no one seems to know where my pkg is and I waste a lot of time because they can't find it. I've actually been told several times previously, I'm sorry I don't have anything for you . "Ummm yep check again you guys are the ones that called to say it's here. Then they finally find it.
Today I stood there for well over 10min as she looked for it. There needs to be a protocol put in place for specialty pharmacy deliveries I have told the staff this before.
The website also needs to be changed as to when the drive through is open and when it's not. There are people that may not be able to walk that arrive only to find the drive through is indeed closed at 3:00.

Every time I have had to go to pick up a prescription there is only one pharmacist and a huge line of people. It takes forever to eventually get to the front and sometimes you get dealt with attitude, especially the older blonde woman there. I’ve worked in customer service and totally understand when customers are rude, but lately the workers have been pretty rude without cause.

Stupid blonde worker with the long nails can't even move fast enough to do her job. She's absolutely useless and should be fired

Had a bad experience at checkout in Walgreens at 50 W Columbia Ave Battle Creek. Guy named Derick called me back and left a message. Didn't leave a number to call but asked me to call back. So I did, called the number on caller id. Automated phone system answered stating I had reached the correct Walgreens, ended up transferring me to pharmacist. Nice lady said yes, Derick no problem. Next lady answered rudely, said she don't know a Derick. .. Walgreens? How are they still around?? lol. Best to shop there as little as possible. Just a heads up, if it involves Walgreens it'll be a bad experience.

Worst store ever, I've never been more frustrated. Every time I go here the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. If you need to pick up a prescription you mise well throw 30 minutes to 1 hour of your life away. They move so slow, it's disorganized with prescriptions all over the place including in boxes on the floor. The drive-thru is a nightmare and I get so irritated everytime I have to go there to pick up a prescription for my adult disabled son or myself. I feel like my life is wasting away waiting on slow people that hate their job. I just don't get it. They already got pay increases and Walgreens now closes down everyday for a NOT NEEDED MEAL BREAK BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE HARDLY WORK WHEN THEY ARE WORKING. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOMEONE OUT TO THE DRIVE-THRU AREA WITH A BROOM AND DUST PAN BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF CIGARETTE BUTTS AND GARBAGE OUT THERE IS RIDICULOUS.
If Walgreens doesn't improve the service, the lazy workers won't have a job to go to because im about to take my business to a different pharmacy altogether.

Today I went inside to pick up my medication. In the past the pharmacy staff have been rude and unpleasant but not today. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Darius. He was so kind and smiled the whole time. His energy made the experience positive.
If I could have this pharmacy experience everytime I went in I wouldn't even consider moving my prescriptions (as I've considered in the past). I watched Darius be kind and funny with with the two customers in front of me. It was just so refreshing. Walgreens definitely needs to keep staff like Darius patient facing.Danielle who was working the drive thru was also very kind.
Just an overall good experience that I felt was worth noting based on how many poor experiences I've had here in the past.
Thank you Darius and Danielle!

Jenna the store (Lead) was very unapproachable, I asked her where the vitamin B6 was located and she said I don’t know, I just know the vitamins are over there as she threw her hands up, then I said politely, I’m just having a hard time finding them, and she huffed and puffed threw her hands up, and went directly to the vitamin b6 in two different brands. I was surprised, because she knew exactly where they were, another customer asked her did she know where the artificial tears was located l, and she said I don’t know, where pharmacy stuff is, and walked away. What a horrible representation of Walgreens, I’ve met many friendly employees at this location, who are always willing to help. This encounter was disappointing.

Extremely Slow and Inefficient Pharmacy Experience
I recently had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. I am shocked by the incredibly slow service and lack of staff in the store. The drive-thru service was particularly terrible. Today, I encountered a situation where the staff member in the drive-thru window claimed to be unable to find my prescription, only to later discover that the clerk inside had no trouble locating it. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.
To make matters worse, the line inside the pharmacy was long and moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. Initially, there was only one person working the counter, which resulted in an extensive wait time. After waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes, another staff member finally arrived. However, this person's tardiness further highlights the evident mismanagement and lack of organization within the pharmacy.
I believe there is a serious issue with the pharmacy's efficiency and overall operation. The understaffing and lack of coordination are unacceptable, causing inconvenience and delay for customers like me. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for pharmacy visitors.
Considering my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to others and would suggest exploring alternative options that prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
