I needed a bunch of photos for my niece's funeral, Jeremiah and the team at Walmart were able to accommodate this rush order with professionalism and care as they frantically worked on the 150+ photos I needed for the event. The quality of the photos was excellent and the customer service from Jeremiah was exceptional. I will always come back here when visiting family for quick photos. Hopefully for a happier event. Thank you Walmart and Jeremiah for helping make this event look beautiful and for helping to reduce the stress on the family.

Literally the only store I've been to that doesn't accept cash at the self scan checkout. It's happening way too frequently for me to ever visit this location again. If you happen to want to use cash you have to go to one of the two cashiers working in the store. Completely ridiculous.

Lots of variety but staff sucks, sorry. After getting lost many times I seeked out 3 staff to find something I already knew was there because I had someone else get me some a few days before. The first staff said no I actually can't help you, I'm in the middle of something. The second said no because she didn't know how to look that product up. Finally I found a staff willing to go outta his way to find a product for me, wished I got his name. Guess 2 outta 3 ain't bad! Thanks unknown guy for helping a person completely unfamiliar with the store to find a product. I wouldn't recommend this Walmart it's too big and when you can't find something it's a gamble if you actually will find a staff knowledgeable or even willing to help you.

HORRIBLE! Do not trust on-line order and/or curb-side service as they are unreliable and they may not have the item and are absolutely tone deaf when it comes to customer service. I had the misfortune to deal with a manager (Larry) who was confused and after multiple trips to the stockroom glibly stated that the item ordered was not in stock and hasn't been for 5 weeks. Note: the online app stated it was available for pickup TODAY...apparently not. When asked to speak to a manager things got even worse....Nicholas with the title of "COACH" was difficult and brought absolutely nothing to the conversation. I really didn't expect a world class experience when shopping Walmart, but I left totally embarrassed for these two workers who clearly need training in customer service. Any organization will have problems to overcome. The difference in 1 star vs 5 star is the commitment to communication and customer satisfaction. These two employees are the face of Walmart....they need to embrace the company's values . Help them develop, they need it and your customers deserve it.

I'm sick of the on again, off again availability of the bottle return department. Too many times have I drug a cart of cans through the bitter cold, ice and snow only to find the bottle return door locked. Then I have to haul my crap all the way back to my vehicle and load them all back up. Make up your mind! Open it, close it! I don't care, just be consistent so I know what to expect.

Wal-Mart needs to update because looking for a FedEx Wal-Mart Superstore was listed as having a FedEx station. But when I got there, first, no one I asked knew if there was one there, finally asked an employee who knew the store and NO THEY DO NOT HAVE FEXEX OR UPS. It was very frustrating!! Change it please

Let's start off with the fact that they're down to one cashier one In the regular lane one cashier in a 20 items or less one cashier as a floater between the self check out and one cashier as a floater for the grab and go I witnessed six people waiting in line older people because they don't want to use or don't know how to use the self check out or the 20 items or less check out. Walmart people if you read this here in Battle Creek Michigan the old people Older people do not like to ask for help so I expect you to get a lot of complaints about this. Except you won't get the complaints because older people also don't complain b

Disrespectful and rude. Lots of hostility here. Employees hate their jobs and make it known.

There aren't too many options out here in central Michigan but this Walmart has all the goodies. I've been to lots of Walmart stores and this one definitely lands in the A-OK range. This is a Supercenter, which means that in addition to the usual clothing, housewares and soft lines, there is also a full grocery department that includes frozen, butcher and dairy.I stopped in for a few snacks and a few travel things for the hotel room. I found everything I needed quickly and all were in stock.Checking out took a bit, but it was consistent with the usual Walmart slowness. It seemed like every single person using the self-checkout needed assistance.[Review 11032 overall, 805 of 2019.]
