Stopped in to buy a back windshield wiper. I felt like I was asking for the world. He pointed to the back and said they are back there. I asked for help again and he walked back brought it back and said not sure it will fit. I asked if we can try. He walk out and could not get it to work I went with him. He almost broke it trying. I said maybe it's not the right one. We walked back in the store and he walked away. I don't know what he was going through but the other two working there were no help either. I left and went else where and no problems o finding the right fit and help. Very sad.

I have always gone to these people. They are knowledgeable. They are even helpful. I've been cross country and back and always when in need of auto parts. Look for Advanced Auto Parts. They have good quality windshield whippers.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Advanced Auto Parts on Euclid went above and beyond to be the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere! It was raining and I was in my pjs with my special needs son. I was trying to pick up my daughter from after school sports. My wiper was frayed and I was worried it would destroy my windshield by scratching it. I really couldn’t wipe the rain from my windshield ,so I had to drive to the closest store which was Euclid to try and get help. This Euclid store mistreated me by refusing to help me identify the wipers I had previously bought from this store by refusing to come out to my vehicle to identify which wipers I needed ,so I could replace the same ones. I had to call the Columbus store to see if I could get quick help with my current embarrassing moment without sporting my grinch pajamas and slippers inside the store. I was greeted by the Columbus store with a very nice gentleman who treated my circumstance with compassion instead of the denied service I received at this store! Don’t waste your time or money at this store go to Columbus it’s worth the drive!?

My wife while out started to experience battery problems but came to your location make sure that was the case. The response she got was disgusting.. I can't help you because I don't know where your battery is located. Pretty much leaving a female with young children stranded in the cold. I will be sure to tell all that will listen and encourage friends and family to let you know their thoughts as well. I won't forget to let some local garages know as well. I know it's their choice to help but to me I think you are kinda in the business of helping people sometimes in some tough situations. Leaving a female with young kids stranded with car trouble in front of your store doesn't look the best. Especially when it's just a battery.. instead of doing your job making a sale yiu will lose a customer, sale, and most likely she will be sure to share her story on social media so others don't make the same mistake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend went to them with a dead battery. They advertise that they replace them so that was the reason she went there. She was greeted with an “I’m sorry I don’t know where the battery is on that vehicle” are you kidding me?! There’s YouTube man, not to mention I bet there’s a book or something in that store that would tell you how. This is an embarrassment and a big blemish to the business and totally Asinine that they would leave a woman stranded in the cold. You will never receive my business and I will tell everyone I know.
