Don't recommend this place. She raised her voice at me when I first was going there,I had told her about how the gate never closes at 10 pm .she said it closes at 10 sharp what a lier... I paid for my last month moved out the 1st week and never got reimbursed for overpaying. Cleaned shed out even blew dust out and she kept the cleaning fee. I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone.

I have been with Approved Storage for nearly 5 years as of this year. I don't always get my payment in on time because life happens. The owner has been OUTSTANDING with me. if you call her and explain things, she gets it! I try to pay 2 to 4 months at a time so I'm always ahead of the game and sometimes I run into times where I'm late. I've called her.. and said, I'll meet you on such n such date with payment in full, and we set it up and she's great. Never a bad word from her. I'd highly recommend this facility. It's clean, safe, and well-maintained.PAY YOUR BILLS PEOPLE and there wouldn't be issues...

Terrible owner does not respond to text/phone calls. Do not not do business with this low life. Tried to pay her and she was inconvenienced by getting a hold of her to give her money. Says this isn’t her only job, well maybe you shouldn’t have a business if you can’t run it appropriately.

Lady owner is hard to deal with. She doesn't return calls or texts all the time and if you stand up for your rights she claims you send nasty messages and evicted you and demands a full months rent for only 10 days with the promise of returning the rest of it to you. I have seen many posts where it takes 4 months to get it and it is short money. She is not easy to work with. I wouldn't recommend this place. She is also a liar and claims she sends out a notice that you have not paid your rent when you never got anything.

Never had any problems till the day we were moving out. Called 3 times to tell her to charge my card and she didnt till 3 weeks later when i called to talk to her about it she blew up on me. Refunded the money without asking and then as my boyfriend was there moving our stuff out she came and locked it. When i call her she wouldnt respond until the police were involved. Then had her husband come meet me to get the money in cash and unlock the unit but now wont respond about the deposit. Unit was 100% clean and in good condition. She is very rude and unreasonable.

I can not Review their storage units.i don't have one . I can give u a review on their terrible customer service. Today I received a text message that my credit card had been charged 64.00 for my storage Unit. Their was no name listed . So I immediately CALLED. The women( owner/manager) acted mad at me. I explained I don't have a storage and that I was worried that my credit card may be being used fraudulently as I just received this receipt. I am a business owner myself. I was panicking was my credit card Stolen etc. The owner said I will have to call you back in not at the office. Im on the road. I said I'm panicking . she was rude and irritated. However.. There was a place on this texted receipt you could dispute . so I said not. My bill. I have no storage. Fraudulent. I received the most rude reply from the owner that stated I was rude. A liar. I never received a call back from her to explain it was her mistake. She just Sent the receipt via text to the wrong number. This could have been so easily remedied by a quick phone call and apology and explanation. Instead I was made to feel that this was my problem when it was her company that has sent me the receipt stating that my storage unit had been paid for and they had charge my credit card. I. Don't have a storage unit .I had to check into my accounts debit card credit cards and business accounts credit card debit card to make sure they had not been charged. And there's that immediate Panic that you get when you feel your cards may have been stolen or possibly your identity. I'm still overwhelmed at this business owner just never said I'm so sorry. Instead she said I talk too much and I shouldn't make a big deal out of it. In this day and age you cannot be too careful with your identity your credit cards in a world that is full of fraudulent activity ..we are told to Monitor and be aware.. So if this is her type of customer service I feel sorry for her customers.

Female business operator is a LIAR. She didn't return our deposit until 2.5 months after we vacated. The amount refunded was almost $11.00 short of what we were owed as well. Gave two week notice, SWEPT and BLEW out entire unit from ceiling to floor with Stihl leaf blower leaving unit twice as clean as when we moved in, and we moved out a week early with rent paid in full... Called her twice and she tells you she's working on it and she just sent a bunch of deposit refunds out. I'm sure it's just a coincidence as well that the cost to file a small claims suit is $30 and her deposit fee is $35.

I have done business with this place now for over a year. No the office isn't on site, but the phone number is on the sign and the owner is very responsive. if she doesn't answer leave a voicemail and she calls back usually within a day. Units are clean and well maintained. During the winter the property is well taken care of as best as can be expected with ice and snow. Pay your bill on time and you will have zero issues just like any other place.

Owner's are very nice and have had no issues, just pay your bill on time and there won't be any issues. I will recommend this storage unit facility to friend's and family. Management is polite and friendly, not to mention it is in a nice primary location! Very convenient!
