I called customer care because there was a promotion on their Instagram. They told me they couldn’t honor the price because the price was 999.99. If you are going to post a sale then honor it! That’s a way to lose customers by posting false advertising! Not very happy with the experience because the girl I talked to over the phone from the bay city store in the furniture department acted like she didn’t care and had attitude like she hated her job. The customer care lady you could barely understand and she was talking so fast I couldn’t tell what she was saying. Overall not very happy.

All the staff we worked with, to get our recliner, we're very helpful and friendly! Quick service too! Bathrooms need some attention. My wife had a rough time using the bathroom because of how dirty it was. This is partially because they're lacking some staff right now, so it doesn't get a lot of attention. Other than that, great place to shop!

For the first time ever, I did a somewhat large Big Lots curbside order. It was a mistake. I has my husband and son pick it up and they were given 1 big bag. When I went through it, most of my order was missing. I called and was put on hold without being asked who I was. When she came back she said, 'I'm sorry, you still have 2 bags sitting here'. I sent them back to retrieve the 2 bags and there was still 2 items missing from the order. I was very unhappy, but decided to let it go, because gas costs more than the $2.58 I was losing. Later on I decided to look at one of the other products that I purchased 2 pkgs of, and discovered that each package only contained 1, when it was supposed to contain 3, which means I paid 3 times more for 3 times less. (I chose the 3 pk in the first place, to make shopping a little less painful for whomever got stuck doing it. I should have chosen the 1 pk). By this time, I'm feeling like a teapot ready to boil over. It was getting late and I didn't want to handle the situation entirely inappropriately, so I decided to wait until I calmed down to call the next day, about that and the other items that I had originally decided to just forget about. The next day came and I decided to take the loss, because to go back a 3rd time, I'd still be taking a loss, just not as big. I don't plan on shopping there again, not even if we're in a pinch, unless we're doing it ourselves. The way things are for us/me right now though, that probably means we just won't be shopping at the Bay City store ever again. :(

Very clean store, some really good deals. Found several things at very good prices. Selection was also pretty good. Really nice big ticket items section.Will definitely do more shopping there.
