Both men who work there showed exceptional customer service, not only to me, but to everybody, I saw them taken care of. One spent almost an hour with the gentleman who was not even a boost customer, trying to straighten out his problem, and he did.

All this boost Mobile on Garfield is horrible the large blonde woman behind the counter was no help at all and she was borderline rude because I think we were interrupting her conversation with her boyfriend that was hanging out in the store and really has no product knowledge at all if this is your only option I suggest you go and do your business with boost online because of this place will only frustrate you

While I've been frustrated with boost itself as a company. My experience at this franchise store was fantastic. William was friendly personable and went above and beyond to try to help me. Great customer service.

These guys are the best their friendly and I haven't had a problem with them like my last phone place. If your trying to look for a new phone company I recommend boost mobile.

Will not be back. The person behind the counter was rude and no help. Was there to see why after I paid $90 bill was my phone still off. He says well you paid on line I can't help you. We don't work for boost. I looked around yep it was a boost. Come to find out it was a simple problem. My husband accidentally paid $90 in stead of $100. If he would have bothered to do his job he would have put my number in and found that out. But it was almost closing and he wanted to go to the store. I have been here other times and left with no . help. 1 star is still to many

I was really disappointed with Boost yesterday. They couldn't do business with anyone until Thursday, except to pay your bill. We needed phones and a family plan. But now have to hope on Thursday that will happen, or we'll be without a phone.

I don't know why they closed the boost mobile store on wilder, don't make no sense . Now my options are limited and I might even switch carriers. because I cannot stand going in that ragly *** boost mobile store on Garfield. That store is the one that should have been closed , not the other one .

Place was packed an the Boost crew whipped right through everyone an they were polite an excellent customer service!
