West Branch office is the place to go . The guys are right there to help . When they tell you a day and around what time , there right there . When the guys brought the items in they were safe with the items and other property I have . Paper work was easy to understand . I will definitely rent more items . Thanks guys .

Went in to the store and filled out a customer application. It was approved and the person working was very nice, he gave detail of what was in stock. I found a sectional I really liked, but when it was time to deliver it did not fit in my doorway. The delivery guys said that the manager would give us a call to discuss other options and haven’t heard from anyone since. It has been at least 2 weeks.

Keith was very nice and explaining to me why they don't have a lot of furniture. I was looking for a TV stand and they hardly had any at all nothing at all what I was looking for.
