If zero stars were an option, I would use it. Rude! Barely stepped in the store, and was dismissed. Because I had nothing set up before walking in on the Internet. Not willing/wanting to do it in the store. With my license in my purse. Isn't that part of your business? Helping your customers? This is at the store in Bay City on Wilder Rd. Some young girl. Long, dark hair. Tattooed (?) eye brows.

Who ever the older woman who works at the wilder location is, shes extremely rude. everytime us students try to come into the store they give us an extremely hard time with anything and almost borderline harass us. the energy is very off.
