Psycho Hillbilly acting/looking guy insisted I wanted his help even though I told him twice I wanted to be left alone. However, he kept following me and running his mouth, absolutely no social skills and very inappropriate.

We went to the one in Bay City Michigan and the girl in the flooring department was fantastic! She helped us get a few different types of flooring for our escape room and was happy to do it. I feel bad for forgetting her name because I'd like to give her credit for her efforts. I would request her to help me the next time I go there. I Like Home Depot because they have a lot of things in stock that would be special order elsewhere and I can get it now, and at a fair price. I have a pro extra account which helps me keep track of all of my purchases I don't need to save paper receipts anymore they keep all that for me makes my record keeping and looking stuff up that I previously purchased easy. Carrisa in paint department wasn't at the counter, so I was looking in the aisles. Another lady walked up and I asked her if she had been waiting on. She said no. Carrisa comes up and says what do you want. I said one gallon of paint. Carrisa says I am waiting on this lady because I saw her first and then it's coming up on my lunch break! No one likes to be pushed back when they were there first. Customers should be acknowledged.. I also don't want to hear you're going to lunch. I want to know if you'll make my paint.

No help. Stores a mess. You ask questions about products and employees have to look them up on their phone as to where they are located. Up sell by saying they don't have certain products in store. Absolutely awful experience
