So I always come here for my job, we buy boxes from here, I have never had a problem until today. I was buying boxes again for work and I normally go through self checkout and whomever is working the self checkout will walk over and apply the 50ct ( or however many boxes I have) to the scanner. Well the lady who was working the self check looked at me then proceed to walk away for me so I called “excuse me ma’am could you help me with the count scanner” she said “she’ll help you at check out one” meanwhile I was the only in the self checkouts. Then she wouldn’t even look at me. It was rude to me since your checkout ladies normally always help me gladly. So for her to be that lazy and refuse me just to continue to stand there is BAFFLING to me. She was an older lady who I unfortunately don’t recognize and didn’t want to stir up drama by asking her for her name since she seemed be irritated already.
That is her job to be at self check to help, and nobody’s told me that it’s a problem when I come through that line. I know she won’t get in trouble and talked to but please teach your employees better work ethic cuz that was the worst costumer experience I’ve had. :(

His name is Jason ..
He really helped us out allot with renting their cargo van ...
He goes beyond and makes sure a customer is satisfied..
Home depot needs more Jason's in their stores ?

I called and Nick in the garden center picked up the phone. Super happy he did, I was looking for a rose of Sharon hibiscus plant. This man went out in the rain and looked for it. For at least 10 minutes I’m looking for this at Home Depot because when I went to Menards to get it the lady in that garden center told me I don’t know nothing about these plants.

Unorganized. Unknowledgeable staff. Very frustrating to deal with. Had to ask 3 different people to update the phone number on the order. Went to pick up product that was supposed to be ready only to find out when we got there it was not ready. Menards from now on.
