“Stopped in to buy a trailer after having called a couple times earlier in the day. Was informed that the trailer I wanted was not in stock and not even in Michigan. Obviously frustrated, I asked if there were any alternatives. There was and they gave me a great deal, more than I could expect. Rachel went above and beyond to make it happen. What started out disappointing turned out great.”
