Female answer the phone didn't place, the order called back and talked to the manager after the order didn't show up. Our lunch was over, when the lunch was ordered. Manger didn't seem to care.

Stopped in during busy lunch rush. Fast service and the manager made my daughter feel special for her birthday.Sandwiches and wrap made exactly as ordered.

My mom and I ordered a Thai chicken wrap the other day and it was Fantastic!! One of the best if not THE best wraps I’ve had, I ordered it with extra Satay sauce which made it even better! Keep up the great work, prompt service and excellent food!

This store is severely lacking with the online orders. They take way too long. I've ordered and arrived 15 mins after, watched people walk in and come out with food before I did. Super annoying! Food is good though.

It's Jimmy John's.. what's not to love?The crew here pays attention and makes your sandwich how you want it. Cool building too.Parking: Sometimes it's a little tough to find parking, but that's downtown. You might have to walk around the block (big deal...)

Nothing ever works....can't get rewards and my birthday gift doesn't transfer from email to my account...meat recently had lots of grizzle... Threw it away....kinda done here
