Every technician who came to our home was as kind as they were hard efficient workers. And when the “woman” showed up I was amazed at everything she did to give us a temporary thermostat in our basement until someone returned to make additional changes on our wiring which wasn’t suitable for a new thermostat. We were so impressed with everything that was done to our central air conditioner to include the bill!!!! Thank you very much! ????

I can not say enough good things about my experience with McCoy! This is the third summer in my new home, and the AC worked great - until this year when we turned it on and smelled a burning smell. I wanted to replace the air filter to find out if a dirty air filter was the issue, which was where my interaction with McCoy began.
I called their office and was invited to come to their show room with my current air filter to be matched to a new one. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, even though I wasn’t there for service, just for the small purchase of the air filter.
Once I got home and replaced it, I realized the issue had not been resolved. I contacted McCoy the following morning and they had a technician to my house within 4 hours! Erin was my technician, and she was amazing! She gave me a call 10 minutes before she arrived at my house and was very considerate and personable.
Erin was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. There were a couple of issues that she diagnosed and repaired, and we had cool air blasting in no time.
I really appreciate having an honest and efficient heating and cooling company nearby. I will always recommend McCoy to anyone! Thank you for saving us from the heat!

I had McCoy replace my furnace, A/C and hot water heater this month. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Just had them do an ac install for my 1904 house, the two guys who came for the install were amazing, very nice gentleman and even played with my dog every once and a while to keep him entertained.
Work looked very good, crew professional, pretty easy to work with and was very satisfied.

I was there today buying a fan motor for my condenser unit. I've never really been a fan of markup companies when it comes to be to much. The motor I bought today was $330 dollars and you can find the exact model online, same brand and everything with the same specs on amazon for $171. I understand in some situations if you cant really shop online and need a cooled house in a matter of a day sure buy from them but if you can afford to wait a couple of days do it. There shouldn't be any reason why you gotta pay $159 extra on a part especially if your strapped on cash and wanna cool down your house for you and your family. This isn't a review on the workers there because they were very kind. The company should do better.

charged me over $700 to fix my furnace, just to tell me that they were unable to fix and that I needed a new one. They would not apply any credit towards new furnace. Wanted over 2 grand to replace furnace that they charged me to "fix"

Fantastic experience! The sales person was not pushy, was very knowledgeable and came out next day to provide a quote. The service crew was professional, courteous, and overall had great customer service while being knowledgeable professionals in their trade. We had a furnace installed and it has the best warranty of any company I spoke to. Highly recommend McCoy!

Today I had Mc coy heating at my home to make sure my furnace was ready for winter use. Erin is who came to my home. She was very polite plus very knowledgeable about my Lennox furnace. She even explained things to me as she went along. I called this morning about an appointment and I was her next customer for the morning. I was very pleased. If you are looking for a great company that offers great service then please call McCoy. I will definitely use them again and I hope that they send Erin back. Jill H
