We bought 2 compressors from this company 2 years ago. The service technician was great. The administration part leaves a lot to be desired however. Service tech came to Roscommon from Bay City, charged $500 in drive time. Just drive time, as well as $162 for the 162 mile round trip. Called to speak with a manager and got the owner, he expressed no interest in keeping our business as a customer when presented with a customer concern.

Also this is not your traditional corporate business, this is a thriving company built from the ground up by a Genuinely Good Hearted Man, Jeff Ostermann!! I dropped off my DeWalt 4.5 gallon air compressor for service. I specifically said to them I am in no rush to get it back. It’s something I don’t use often. The very next day they call and say it’s done. A stuck valve due to debris and a bad O ring. Awesome to get it back so quick, but what that tells me is this business is extremely slow.Less then a week later I am called as a “reminder” to come pick up my air compressor. What this tells me is the company is tight on money. I even made a little joke about it to my wife that night at dinner.A few days later I go to pick it up. For a stuck valve and a bad O ring $186! Put all 3 equations together and what do you get? A business that is gouging there customers to stay afloat.On top of there ridiculous prices they charge you 3% to use a card. No cash discount tho. If your air compressor is bad and you can’t fix it yourself. Throw it away and buy a new one. No point in paying this company near as much as what it costs to buy to fix it yours.I’m a Republican. I believe in paying my fair share in life. But don’t scam me. I don’t care how long this place has been open. You will see a for sale sign in there front lawn in the near future. I will laugh when I drive by and see it ?

Went there to get air lines and possibly a water line. Boss in the office was very rude. And smoking cigarettes in the store front. When I asked if they had water lines he was extremely arrogant. Also you can't buy self crimp attachments for hoses. You have to know the exact length and use their fancy crimping machine. And pre make them before you leave.

James Sanders, I can tell by all of your reviews you are a very unhappy person. That being said, we have NO RECORD of you ever calling us. If you did and we did not get back with you I apologize. Maybe we needed model and serial number, etc. But reviewing us with a 1 is pretty sad. I am glad you are now Amazon's customer and not mine. Have a nice life.

Called for prices and availability on some parts. They said they will get right back to me... Been 24 hours, and no contact. Went on Amazon and blew $500 for everything I needed. Hard to support local anymore.
