Pets and their enclosures were clean, and taken care of.

Curbside pick up ,what a joke ,waited for at least 20 minutes and no one brought my order out...
went in and the girl laughs and said none of them must have had their devices on and handed me my order 🙄 what a waste of time!

Very bad service very bad people the grooming was horrible. They’re very hateful. Don’t take your dog to be groomed there at all. They’re very hateful and mean people be careful of them.

Day 2 of coming at 9 and at 927 yall are not open again, if you are open for a different reason than it being the whole store, then change your damn time on Google to the right time. 2nd time I wasted gas and yall arent even open

Called about getting a canary. The gal didn't know the age of the bird, didn't know the sex of the bird( the males sing) etc. Disappointing.

Had the pleasure of speaking with autumn on the phone and the customer service and the care thatl she gives to the animals is amazing I will only go to Petsmart because of her dedication to the customer and our for babies.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at PetSmart. My son was excited to see a lizard, but the employee refused to take it out because we weren’t sure if we would buy it the same day. This is terrible customer service and an example of poor salesmanship. How are we supposed to make an informed decision about such a significant purchase without being able to interact with the animal? It’s frustrating and unwelcoming, especially for a child eager to learn more. I expected much better from a store dedicated to pet lovers.
