I agree with the other reviewers! Why is this branch even open?? They can not receive or dispense cash and check based transactions require meeting with a "personal banker".

Why are they open? They don’t allow you to withdraw/deposit cash on the inside. Everything must be done through the 1 atm machine they have. If given the chance Abbey Roe will talk down to the elderly. I closed my account with them today

I had to go to a different location to complete my banking. I would suggest you find another branch or a different bank/credit union.

We were given excellent customer service- from my initial phone call speaking with Andy, to our appointment with Jonah setting up our accounts. They were considerate answering our questions and very personable. We are new to the area and appreciated all of their assistance. Thank you!

I've been a customer for over 10 years and I came to this branch to make a withdrawal and the teller says oh your license is expired and updated it into the Computer then says sorry I can't help you! When I asked for my cards back he placed his fingers on them and held them down onto my cards as I tried to get them back. I asked very firmly give me my cards back please and then he finally let go. Very strange banking experience to say the least.

Worst banking experience of my life. This place is literally run by incompetent people. I have had to escalate a phone call to 4 different representatives to close down accounts, etc. Martha at this branch has been less than helpful. The whole process has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bank!

This bank is a joke! Hope they do away with it soon. Go to a credit union, they value their customers and don't treat you as an inconvenience.

Last year they allowed my account to be hacked(lost hundreds of dollars) still made me pay a fee for having no money in my account after it was all taken. As well as other fees they tacked on. Then they shut my account down.Today they sent back a check that was signed over from me to my mother and then they came up with some technical reason as to why they had to mail the check back in the mail. Like it was gonna help me or something. Now I'm screwed because PNC and the workers do not know how to be actual human beings. Not do they find ways to help when THEY CAUSED THE ISSUE.

I've never been so disrespected or offended in my life by anyone or any business. Not only will I never bank here, but I will also be going out of my way to dissuade anyone from ever banking with PNC after how my friend and I were treated at PNC at this location in Bay City.

I've never been so disrespected or offended in my life by anyone or any business. Not only will I never bank here, but I will also be going out of my way to dissuade anyone from ever banking with PNC after how my friend and I were treated at PNC at this location in Bay City. My friend's husband passed away in a tragic car accident a few days ago, and a GoFundMe was being prepared, and my friend has no checking account so we ran to PNC before closing, about 15 minutes before close to ask if they could accommodate us because it was urgent and frankly an emergency because she was low on funds. My friend has a 4-year-old son and is pregnant with her second. We told the banker about our situation, but he refused to help. He wasn't explaining why, and it came off like he didn't want to versus he couldn't. I got heated and explained the situation and asked if he could please make an exception this one time but he said there was nothing he could do and to come back in the morning. I was very upset and asked him why he couldn't help us, and the tellers overhearing the situation began laughing at me and my friend. I turned and asked, "Are you really laughing at me?" I was holding back tears, and they replied, "Yes, we are laughing at how you're acting." I was stunned, disgusted, and disturbed. The banker, not coming to our defense in any way, showing no remorse, sympathy or even a shimmer of condolences hands her a PNC pen and says coldly, "You can do it yourself online if you want or come back in the morning." I called PNC customer service to file a complaint and they explained to us that at 5 pm the system shuts down, and they wouldn't be able to complete the opening the checking account anyway. Finally! This is an explanation I could understand and work with, but that is not what the banker or the laughing tellers said whatsoever. It was a basic checking account and it was an emergency. The least the banker could have done is offered a sensible explanation to us rather than treat us like we were lying or inconveniencing him. It was a horrible feeling, and I felt so bad for my friend who just lost her husband. I've never been treated like this at any establishment in my entire life. Stay away from these heartless and unprofessional people, and go to Chase or even better yet, a community bank.

Took my son to PNC to cash his first paycheck and even though PNC is the bank the check is drawn off of they wouldn't cash it because a valid Michigan ID isn't enough. They also want a passport or credit card, yeah like every 19 yr old out thete has a passport or a credit card. I'll take him to a credit union where they treat people like actual people.
