I had a really disappointing experience with Price’s Auto Service.
In early August, they quoted me around $500-$700 to pull the head from my car and see if the engine could be saved after the timing went out. After that, it took them almost four months to even get the car into the shop. Every time I called, I got a new excuse about why it hadn’t been touched yet.
Their communication is terrible. They don’t return calls, and they never bother to update you on anything. I had to constantly reach out just to find out that nothing had changed.
When they finally did pull the head, they tried to charge me $1,700, which is triple what I was originally quoted. No warning and no explanation.
Overall, just an awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my 1992 Dodge Ram 250 to Price's for a full checkup and repairs of quite a few issues. They did a wonderful, because some parts weren't easy to find, and they solved everything with flying colors. It took some time, but I was in no rush.

Great first time visit, my vehicle will be coming here from now on, I finally found an honest mechanic. That's rare these days. It's wonderful to have a relationship with your mechanic that is positive. Heath is very knowledgeable. They will be my car's doctor from now on!

Was charged over $700 for a new alternator and ground cable. I had just swapped out the ground cable so I know this was unnecessary. The biggest head ache of this is that it did not fix anything that I brought the car in for, I’m still stuck with the same issues it had when I brought it in.
