First the seating…dirty sneezed on wood with visible food on it. Short cramped booths and the drinks ok except for a dirty glass…no biscuits but soon…salads were good but the chowder had a pool of butter on top…1/4 stick? We got it before and it wasn’t like that. After the excessively buttered soup your stomach is upset and you’re done with your meal. Just seems like there is always a gimmick instead of a nice meal. I don’t complain about Cracker Barrel or Ruby Tuesdays? Their service and food it always the same and on pint.

Nice clean place. Food was amazing. Service was impeccable. Had my food ready quick. Went for lunch and the price wasn't nothing to complain about. Can't wait to go back.

Red Lobster is my most favorite restaurant. And I’ve been hearing some negative comments about them so I took a trip to Bay City Michigan and decided to have a meal. It was perfection. The crab legs were crispy enough to crack with my hands. The lobster tail was very tender, still they are number one on my list. And the waitress, Emma, was as sweet as can be I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. As usual. And I am extremely picky about my food. Thank you so much Red Lobster. I am a true fan.

Restaurant service was well below average. Ordered takeout, mushroom cap appetizer were very small, overdone and extremely fishy.

Ordered a steak and asked the server if it could be cooked a little more (without flowing blood), and they microwaved it so much I couldn't cut it with a sharp knife.

Meh... Food had been sitting under the warmer for a while, plates hot as heck food was luke warm. Which makes sense with the speed of service. Drinks arrived with 1/3 of the ice melted and we got biscuits shortly before food. This is a wonderful example of food and service you would expect at fast food when backed up. Unfortunately Red Lobster does not stamd the test of time, this was not a $200 for 4 adults dining experience.

Can't accurately rate for this visit because after waiting thirty minutes to be seated, which is fine I understand it's Valentine's Day. We placed our orders and after waiting over an hour we got up and left. Prior to this we overheard our server state that in seven years she had never seen tickets so backed up in the kitchen. Went to another local establishment, and after less time had hot meals in front of us. We frequent this Red Lobster all the time, especially since you can get endless shrimp at any time, but this experience has tarnished our desire to want to go back. ?

The food was tasty, but little compared to how it used to be. I understand the economy affects this, but our dinner companion was ripped off when his change was returned from his bill. He was due 59 cents in coin, but only bills were returned, and his change total was 59 cents short. Restaurants in Traverse City do this as well. Where I was raised this is called theft. The server had too many tables to give good service, but still should have checked on us at least once after delivering food. All in all, my last trip there. I think this whole not giving coin change is a load of garbage. Server suffers as that's reflected in the tip.

5 weeks ago we went with our 87 year old grandma and it was our waitresses first day. We were a very large group and put her through the test. Her name is Taylor. She made a couple minor mistakes which is understanding cuz we're a very picky group. She did her best to make things right. Had her again Thursday and she has the MVP award in my book! She has the menu down pat, forgot nothing, was so accommodating, and did it all with a smile to give our grandma and us a wonderful experience! Thanks Taylor ☺️

My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster in Bay City last week with two other couples and it was AMAZING!! Steak was cooked perfectly, service was impeccable!! Brian was our server and we never had to ask for refills, extra napkins or ANYTHING, for that matter! The manager, Shawnta, came to our table and suggested some delicious appetizers, like the Dragon Calamari(I think that was the name) but it was the best Calamari I’ve had in a very long time and the flatbread was fantastic, as well. Overall, our experience was top notch! Thank you Brian and Shawnta for an unforgettable experience! We will be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about this place sucks! I thought to get to 300 points on the app it would be easy. Well they make things very complicated. I ordered a drink with no ice and I got stuck with a drink with ice! I hate this restauraunt with a passion and I will never be back! I’m short of my 300points that I should have earned last Thursday but they failed me and I’m tired of the bad service!
