Must have picked up 3 to 4 different overpriced fruit drinks in cooler that looked gross.. (they were in fact expired) I call to notify store manager. He says “there are fresher ones behind the expired ones”…. That’s not my job to search through your expired drinks. I won’t be back. Bay city is garbage ?️ anyways.

went in and paid $10 for gas. The pump registered it pumped but my gas gauge didn't move. Told the cashier and he was able to pump gas and blamed our car. Went to another station and paid for $7 and actually got gas.

Sending a huge thank you to the employee who went as far as to send my Husband a 1$ through Cash App so they could inform him that his Wallet is there!!! You guys went above and beyond to get ahold of him!!

I go there multiple times a week. It's the only gas station that I stop at on my travels from Davison to Big Rapids and Mount Pleasant. Shelby is always so welcoming and helpful and even convinced me to get a Shell member card!

Staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly and eagerly. This is a bigger Shell/Forward Convenience Store than I'm used to, so I took a look around for about 20 minutes. I felt comfortable the entire time, and it didn't seem like I had to watch over my shoulder for people who might cause trouble for once. Very impressed with this gas station.

Awesome place to do business stop to get gas apparently my battery died after putting gas in the car turned it off check engine light came on the staff here is very friendly help me get my vehicle restarted so worth shopping and supporting local businesses give them your business

The late shift women shut the pump off on me when I was pumping last night! At 10:55 I had 5 mins to get gas, I want to speak to the manager but they don't have a working phone number. This place is complete trash.

Spent a little over 6$ on two bosco sticks and a single pizza stick. The bosco sticks were both audibly crunchy like stale and the pizza stick was so cold it likely wasnt fully cooked. Absolutely inedible, should have got a sub. Thanks for wrecking a meal.

I am boycotting this forwards/shell. The store is fine but 3 separate times on 3 attempts the benefit of the doubt kind of thing only at the above mentioned forwards/shell i never get my Gold Status fuel discount either pay at pump or walkin i never get my fuel discount and was at the time of last visit 10 cents off a gallon. I visit other forwards/shell station never an issue. So no more visits to this store.

This place has my favorite fountain soda ever. It is very carbonated and I absolutely love it. They have a lot of things including grocery items and stuff of the sorts. Merchandise and what not. Many staff members have took the time to recognize and get to know me as I come in frequently and its a very nice environment. All employees wear masks correctly which is amazing (compared to other stores). Knocked off a star because an employee was bringing up some politics during a visit there and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great place, Prices are reasonable, very clean and very convenient location just off the I-75. Very friendly staff except every now and then you get that occasional cashier who just acts like they hate there job. Over all however its been a great experience.

On Tuesday, July 30, 2020 at approximately 9:30pm, I entered the store to purchase some items I needed and prepay for gas. While I was shopping, I witnessed a young female cashier give service to 2 young women who were not wearing a mask and paid for their items using a debit/credit card. The next person in line was a man who also paid used a debit/credit card. The 3rd person in line was a woman who used her debit/credit card however, she was asked to present her photo ID before she could use it. She then opened her wallet stating she “didn’t want any trouble, just wanted to get her stuff and go home”. The 4th person in line used her credit card but was not asked to present her photo ID. I am appalled for 2 things. One, this store allows customers to enter and pay for items without wearing a mask and does not enforce EO 2020-147. I no longer feel safe entering this store therefor, I will no longer shop at this Shell Gas Station. I live 5 minutes away and it’s so convent but I can shop at the Mobil Gas Station across the street or at Speedway a bit down the road. In addition, I will warn other people who live in my subdivision this place is not safe and to avoid stopping there. Secondly, I’m appalled because the 3rd person in line was a black woman who was treated so unfairly because of the color of her skin. (The other people in line were white). This clearly embarrassed her and asked why she was the only one she asked to see a photo ID. The cashier said because she had her credit card in her hand and was not inside her wallet gave her suspicion. She also said it is store policy and “has to do it”. Unbelievable! I have entered this store numerous times with just my car keys and credit card in hand and never been asked to show my ID. (I’m a white woman) This young cashier was not only lying but treated this woman with such disrespect! For this reason, I’m asking everyone to stop shopping there because of this disrespectful and bigoted behavior. After see all this, I put my items down, walked out the store and went across the street. Shame on you “miss young pregnant cashier”, shame on you!
