I took my father in to get some new shoes. Sierra was phenomenal in helping us choose the perfect pair for him. She has the best smile and such a caring heart. Her and Seth teamed up to provide the best customer service we've ever had.

I went to get new shoes a few weeks ago 3 staff members standing around they never came up and to ask if I needed help so I left. Last week thought I would go again I really needed new shoes. 4 staff member standing around talking and laughing me and my daughter walked around 10 min I was unsure what shoes to get I did find a pair I bought but again never once did anyone ask if we needed help. There was shoes all over on the floors and not very professional

A good selection of footwear. The store layout is easy to navigate.Every time I visit this place I get an old fashioned customer service feeling because of the happy, friendly, and genuinely nice employees.Whoever does the hiring here has a talent for picking great people to provide customer service.

Large quantity of shoe selection, but limited sizes available. Multiple shoes I picked out for myself, the store did not have my size. Multiple shoe styles I picked for my children also did not have their sizes either. Customer services are great in bay city and Saginaw but prices are not cheap unless cheap shoes. I did purchase shoes and returned the next day due to an uncomfortable fit of my regular size 10 men's. I will not shop here in the future for athletic shoes.
