I’m the conservator for a older lady 70+ and In 2020 she called to cancel her car insurance cause she no longer had the car and they continued to charge her for over 2.5 years cause they say they send her a forum to sign and never received it back we will be filling a law suit today in bay county court

8 years ago I used them, everything went smoothly. A few years ago I tried to use them again n I'm still waiting for a phone call back. I called a little over 24 hours ago and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I know there is a possibility I will NEVER get a call back like previously before, which is VERY unprofessional but if I do, I will update the review.

The staff I've dealt with are personable and professional. They increased my coverage for my home and auto while decreasing my premiums. No way to complain about that!

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.. ? I TRIED FOR 2 WEEKS TO GET SOME HELP WITH POSSIBLE INSURANCE FOR MY HOUSE. BUT, IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO HELP ME OUT.. THEN, WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO CHOOSE SOMEONE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY THEY WOULD OFFER ME HOUSE INSURANCE WAS IF I MOVED ALL MY VEHICLE INSURANCE TO THEM TOO!!! I'VE BEEN INSURED BY MY VEHICLE INSURANCE COMPANY SINCE THE 80s. I WASN'T GOING TO DUMP THEM BY BEING GIVEN AN ULTIMATUM!! SO, I KEPT MY OLD COMPANY AND WILL NEVER, NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TRY THESE THIEVES!! PLAYING DIRTY POOL... IS NOT COOL.. ?
