May 24th 2023 my 2020 Jeep Wrangler was involved in a minor fender bender making it not drivable due to some suspension damage so I had it towed to Thelen Jeep thinking it would be a safe bet being they are a Jeep dealer however 8-9-23 they still have not completed the work and have repeatedly said they are waiting on parts the parts quote was 1870 I had a Ford in a major deer accident had a loaner given to me by the end of the day and had my F150 back on the road in a month and a half .I have been told customer service is what makes a great company so I will no longer be a Jeep/Chrysler supporter I have always been a Jeep supporter bragging them up but that was before I had to have work done well being without a vehicle for months without any type of compensation . I have sent letters and made several calls to all Jeep customer support to have no reply from anyone great customer support ??.

Excellent service. Michael was our dealer and he was very helpful in finding my new family a safe reliable vehicle with low miles. Definitely will be back in the future.

I came from Louisville Kentucky to buy my Kia telluride from the manager Ricky wow what a great guy.Ive had a lot of dealerships that promised big things and never came through but thank you Ricky for everything.

Insulted by the rude salesman who put me in a bs pushy situation! Was told there were many options for me to only be given 2 after driving hours to get there! They were very pushy and disrespectful in all fascists I wouldn't even bother doing any business with them.

Just bought a brand new Jeep and the customer service was amazing. They were so helpful to get me the best deal and took really great care of me.

Salesman do not follow up with calls. Been over a month since I talked to Jeremy about a pickup, he had yet to get back with me. That must be how they deal with customers. Guaranteed finance or 500 dollars is false advertising. My credit is good and they still didn't care about me as a customer.

I have never been customer of thelens, however two of my friends have and neither one was happy about it. First, I helped a friend shop for a used car, she wanted one with the Bose set of speakers and they did sound great. The car otherwise was nice and did give her decent service, she bought it happily. She got the car home , we drove it around a bit, then I saw that the speakers were branded Universal speakers, not the Bose that were in it when we test drove it. I wanted to take it back and at least report the problem, she was too shy to do so, the Universals did sound just ok, but she got screwed by someone who swapped those Bose speakers out.
