3rd Gen Service Center in Bay City, Michigan is the best. My Audi broke down on the freeway in Bay City. Called Sarah and her team came to the rescue. This woman should be wearing a cape. She and her trusted team jumped into action and found and fixed the problem promptly. It was the replacement of my alternator and belt. Thank you very much. They earned 5 stars from me!

We had a couple issues with our car while driving through town on vacation. We called and they were able to get us in right away. Staff was very accommodating and considerate. They talked to us through the whole process about what was needed and kept us updated as we were there waiting. They made sure we were comfortable, even offered to get us a ride somewhere if we chose not to wait in the lobby. They went out of their way to complete the service quickly and make sure we could get back on the road faster. Also had a very nice and clean bathroom.

I have never felt more confident having my vehicle serviced. The staff is extremely honest, professional, and they take their time to explain everything so I can understand. They have no problems answering my many questions and always give me an honest opinion, as if they were servicing their own vehicle. They have even taken time to teach me things about my new Land Rover. I’ve never experienced this kind of service anywhere else. Third Gen honors their warranties and beyond! Can’t recommend this group enough!!

Sorry my experience wasn't as good as the rest of the reviews. Like the rest, they came highly recommended so my expectations were high. I would finally find a fix for my Yukon blowing hot air on the drivers side. They installed a OEM Blend Door Actuator and I thought my problems were over. For the price they charged me, I certainly hoped so. However, a week later everything went south and I was consistently blowing hot air again on the drivers side.I was shocked when they refused to even look at it and offered no recommendations or solutions. I was stuck with a huge bill and the same problem I always had.I found another repair shop in Saginaw that seemed confident they could diagnose and fix the problem so I took it there. Was I shocked to find that it was just the connector to the Blend Door Actuator that was bad. Just a few bucks to fix it.Needless to say, I won't be going back to 3rd Gen Auto.
