“For years have always got my tires there and any service I needed was very pleased every time. My most recent vehicle got an extended warranty had had to use that dealer for service. (not happy with their work on multiple occasions) Now that that warranty is done , will be coming back to Rowley's. Recently had the tire pressure sensors stop working. Drove into Rowleys and Cody explained what he thought was the problem, got me in right away, came back with what they could do to fix it, quoted a cost (reasonably priced) and quickly did the service. When I asked that all the tires be at the same pressure, Cody did that himself!. Great customer service and reasonable prices go a long way in my book. “We were on our way up to our northern home and had a blowout with the back tire, ( had to put the doughnut tire on)called Saginaw belle tire and was told didn't know if they would be able to get to it that night, called Bay City belle tire and Tyler said bring it in we'll get you fixed up and on our way and they did.
