Would NEVER eat there again. The food is somewhat bland. The burger was big, but tasteless. It basically tasted like smoke from the grill; no seasoning at all, while the mushrooms and cheese were were just there for texture. They absorbed the smoke flavor too. So we asked for ketchup to maybe help cut the taste of it. Our waitress put down an empty bottle of ketchup and literally, NEVER came back. We received no refills on beverages, no "how's the food?", nothing. We caught her and asked for a bottle that actually contained ketchup and she put it on the table not to be heard from again. We had to chase down one of the hostesses just get our bill after waiting 20 minutes after we were done eating with no beverages -- just sitting at a table crowded with our appetizer plates, appetizer dishes, plus all of the dinner plates. See we had asked for a quiet booth, which must have ticked off the one manager who told the hostess, "no, sit them at table 21, no 25." Within 5 minutes of being seated, a large party came in on the other side of the booth where we were sat who had small screaming children and crying babies -- somewhere around 20 people. This manager heard us ask for a quiet table and there was PLENTY OF ROOM in the restaurant in the other section. But he had us put by the loud, obnoxious group that would have been better off in a banquet room. And our waitress was serving all 20 of them, which is why we were completely ignored. I guess Uno's must be hard up for help when a so called manager can't figure out something as basic as large groups in restaurants are almost always extremely loud and seldom quiet. Or that, the waitress who covers the large group will not be able to cover additional tables. Anyone who works in the restaurant business usually can grasp those simple truths within a few months unless they are really thick in the head! We might have given the restaurant a second chance if it was just the food was bad, but with a manager deliberately setting us in an area that he knew was not going to meet the criteria of quiet within 5 minutes while the whole place was wide open, we will not be giving a second chance! That kind of stupid can't be fixed. There are too many great places to eat in Bay City to waste my money with a completely unenjoyable experience. Do NOT recommend.

Kathleen had onion soup and goat cheese salad. I had gumbo and shrimp and cheese grits. I was pleased to see okra in the gumbo.

We went to unos tonight for a sports team gathering. We made a reservation for 40 people. We had 1 waitress, yes 1. The young lady worked her butt off and did her best. This review does not reflect on her at all. So one waitress they must be really busy right? No! We were literally the only table occupied in the dining room. I tried to politely and professionally address my concerns with the manager privately. We had alot of irritated parents. We were seated just shy of an hour before we got our drinks, little lone ordered dinner. He was a total jerk and made every excuse why they only had one server, including my favorite which was "if we kept another person on to wait on your table we'd be losing money and we're not in the business to loose money. He also said as you can see were very slow tonight. We had a reservation you knew we were coming! Food was good but what a terrible experience. I probably would have went back because you know things happen. After the way that "manager" handled my concern? Not a chance. You'll never risk"losing" money on me again. Unos do better with your manager position elections. Good luck if you approach him with a legit problem.

Went there tonight for my husband's birthday. Waitress only checked on us 1 time. I ordered my sirloin tips very well done, they all were bloody. Waitress never came back for me to tell her. After everyone was done eating someone else dropped the bill off and walked away. We won't be going back

Twice food has been past serving to animals. 30 minute service time for food that was not properly cooked or capable of being eaten. The photo is angel hair pasta with Alfredo. Notice the 12 oz of sauce and very little pasta. Sloppy kitchen or a kitchen who could care less. I’d recommend never going during 11am-5pm. At least from dinner rush you might get finished food

First there was hair in the appetizer, then out comes the main course and with that an even longer piece of hair! So disgusted we didn’t eat any of the food. But was still charged $30 for food would could not eat! The manager took half off the bill and that was it. Not much of an apology or remorse. All he had to say was that it surprising cause it hadn’t happened at all this week! So it’s an on going issue I assume. All I know is at $20 a plate, they should of done more and took all the food off. None of it was edible!

We went on March 21 about 1130 am no one there.Our server was a very ? ce and attentive a young man.But our Turkey bacon avocado sandwich came with no avocado easy fix but...! Great sandwich though!My granddaughter loved her build your own pizza very reasonable prices on kids menu.Kid-friendliness: Server was patient with kids
