He was very honest and even recommended I approach it with warranty in mind since the truck is so new. He was willing to do the repair but kept my interest in mind during our talk. “I had to get my car's oil changed, tire rotation and a tire sensor replacement. My first time there and the service was outstanding. They never pushed anything else on me that I didn't need just to make an extra buck like most other places do, other than the services I asked for. They are very professional, kind and hard working people. They answered any questions I had and took care of my car like it was it was their own (especially driving my car to the other garage next door for the tire rotation and tire sensor replacement). Another bonus, I came there previously for the tire sensor question I told her I couldn't check it myself since I'm allgeric to latex in the tires (yes tires have latex), she remembered that, took some Lysol wipes and wiped down everything inside my car she touched so I wouldn't get a reaction from the latex. Now that is above and beyond her job. I highly recommended T&J Automotive.”
