Brian was rude and they cut every line that was needed off the engine I just paid 900 dollars for and they cut all the coil pack wires and the temp sensor wires which were not even in the way of absolutely anything refused to give me the alternator that they took off the engine I paid for and won’t give it to me without me paying 40 more dollars on top of the 900 I just paid

They don't call you when they find out they have a part when you get there before they close they won't let you go back there to get the part it's not a good place to go when they say they have the part they should have it off and ready for you but they don't

The lady on the phone said that they have the cooling fans right there and then we call back and the guy said we have to pull it and pay 1st. I see why my brother who's a mechanic in Lansing only deals with LKQ.

Well I went there for a blower motor, It didn't fit.. So instead of doing a little work and replacing the wrong one they gave me, They said here's your money back have to go somewhere else... Very poor service if I could give 0 stars I would...
