Guess I need to find a new pharmacy too. This is a joke. They don’t accept good RX coupons. They have “their” own savings program. Yeah so I still had to pay almost $50 dollars with “their” savings program when I could have got them for $14. Time to find a new pharmacy. “Their” savings program doesn’t save you anything. I tried to support a local pharmacy but now I see why there are other pharmacies. Time to use another one.

Since rite Aid closed my prescriptions were transfered over to Hometown. Doctor called in 3 prescriptions for me when I arrived the technician only had 2. Argued with me about the third. Had to call my doctor to fix the problem.pharmacy called me 3 days later stating my prescription was ready.i show up to find out they close at 2 pm on Saturday and closed onSunday. I am definitely not going back. Between unacceptable hours and the technicians refuse to give instructions on how to take medications.made me feel like I was inconvenience them when I asked a question

We have been coming here for years because I love the pharmacists here and it is convenient, but after today's interaction with the technician we will be looking to transfer our prescriptions elsewhere. Between her lack of empathy and disregard for proper procedure it appears to be time to move on from Hometown Pharmacy. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by even asking to pick up my medicine. On top of that she failed to verify the date of births for my prescriptions. I was picking up medicine for multiple people. She entered the date of births herself by reading them off the labels instead of verifying them with me. By doing so my prescriptions could have possibly ended up on the wrong profile or in the hands of someone else. Even the pharmacists that know me still ask me for my date of birth. It is a serious issue of safety and privacy. I spoke with the pharmacy manager who was working at the time and also agreed that the interaction was unprofessional and handled poorly after the fact. I have reached out to the corporate office and am currently awaiting to hear back from them. If there is anything to update after speaking with them I will update my review.

This pharmacy is very nice and mistakes do happen and a mistake happened and they won’t admit to it and make it right. I was charged three inhalers and only received one and they will not make it right not going to this pharmacy ever again.

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist Art, has retired. He gave friendly small town vibes. All my family, or I, had to do is walk up and he already knew us by name. So it was bittersweet when it retired, but now he seemed to pass that same energy to Amanda. Highly recommend

Well when I need to get something and I don't want to go Walmart or a another big box store to get something I stay local when I need to shop for something or what ever I need I get it @ Leppink's Food Center because it the best local food center in Belding so overall I give it 5 stars!!!

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! Art and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely care about you. It is rare to find a place that still cares so much about their customers. They are on top of your needs and will answers all your questions.
